The hotel was excellent — very clean and well maintained. The location is ideal if you are traveling with children: just a few minutes from the city center and with everything you need around. Lovely, clean units with good proximity to the tourist quarter. Refreshingly separate. Classy, small hotel, plenty of restaurants and easy walking distance if you are happy to go just that bit further to shake off the crowds. View of the Arno and the famous skyline from some units. Owners are great communicators. They have fixed desk hours but provide easy instructions for self checkin/out.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location and the hosts were really friendly. Great communication before and during the stay. Only negative was daily cleaning is upon request which I didn’t realise and so we didnt get any clean towels.
