Very friendly, patient and helpful staff. The hotel is 8 minutes away from a lovely beach and we were so lucky to stay there. There is also a bar/pool at the hotel which we also enjoyed. Thank you for the lovely time we had at your hotel!

Great location a few minutes walk from the beautiful Cala Agulla. The first room we were given had a bad drain smell but we were immediately moved to another without fuss which was much better. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a sea view. Lovely spa facilities and great pool area. All staff very friendly and discreet allowing for a quiet break.

Very beautiful hotel with quiet and nice rooms incl. a small kitchen. Beautiful terrace with ocean view and pool. Different and delicious meals everyday. Nice reception where there was a solution to every concern.

LOVE this hotel and especially the friendly staff!

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, my whole family (ages 17-75) loves it here! Fantastic location with sea views, staff is very friendly and do their best to accommodate wishes. The pool is awesome, split with a separate deep end. Good food for a good price. Spa has a nice indoor pool with cool water - great during the heat wave. The guests are also nice, mostly families just enjoying the quiet and relaxed vibe. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely clean room in good condition. Pool is average at best. Unattractive hand rail in the middle of the pool. Breakfast was good value and very well stocked. Lovely getting to eat outside before the sun makes it too hot.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The view is great. A nice beach is just five minutes away. By car other beaches are close by. The food is average. There is a 7 days food schedule. So if one stays more than three days the same type of food will repeat. But worse is the limited variation. The salat buffet and the dessert buffet are the same every day. The children animation is really bad in my opinion. Ore kids did not use it much. But any time they wanted to participate in an activity nobody was there or the schedule had been changed.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, zudem mehrsprachig. Vom Hotelzimmer hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Strand Calla Agulla ist in der Nähe. Das Essen lecker und abwechslungsreich.

It is a great apartment hotel that have what you need. Gave me a good base for biking. Great setup with the shuttle service too. Made it super easy. Great walk on the trail next to the ocean that takes you down to the beach.

Gepflegte alte Anlage, Zimmer waren neu, sehr gut und sauber, Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, Frühstück war okay, Abendessen war absolut nicht nach unserem Geschmack, Geschirr, Gläser und Tischen nicht hygienisch sauber, sehr laute Umgebung beim Essen durch abräumen, sonst alles gut!

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay at THB Guya Playa! The hotel was lovely, with clean facilities and stunning views. The pool area was a bit small but very well-maintained, and the spa pool was a great spot to relax. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Toni, who did an excellent job and made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Very family-friendly hotel with great pool and near the beach. Staff all fantastic - helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful view out over the sea which was magic. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a relaxing break! Only negative was that the pool was cloudy - not sure why as it was regularly cleaned and maintained.

Leider ist der Außenbereich, wie FrühstücksTerrasse und der Bereich um den Pool herum dreckig. Dort liegen Haare, Dreck, wird leider nicht gereinigt. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Zimmer werden immer gründlich gereinigt.
