Lovely apartment

Great apartment for a short break with a small kitchenette and full size fridge. We didn’t cook in the apartment but it was stocked well enough to let you do so if you wanted. Only complaint is that the checkout process wasn’t clear, as it wasn’t included in the email prior to check in. Someone came to the reception desk to check us out eventually but it’s not consistently manned.

Great location but services could do better

Everything was good except that we had to keep the windows a bit open as air-conditioning didn't seem to work well. It was very hot and stuffy . That too when it was cold and rainy outside. Also, TV in bedroom stopped working after first night. Couldn't get anyone to respond. There were no emergency support esp when we had checked in over the weekend. The laundry is there but no instructions on where to go and how to find it.

Wonderful Find

This place was amazing. The check-in staff was fantastic, we received quick responses to questions - even after hours. The rooms were incredible. The courtyard beautiful. We could have stayed here much longer.

Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place.

Pakat Suites ist seit Jahren ein Geheimtipp in Wien! Recht zentral gelegen; ruhig, schöne, große, moderne Zimmer oder Appartements; zuvorkommende, bemühte Mitarbeiter. Ein besonderes Hotel, in das ich immer wieder gerne komme!
