Lovely apartment a few minutes walk from old town with good selection of shops and restaurants on the estate. Unfortunately getting check in details was difficult, contact is only possible 10-6pm and we had to chase them several times.

Really nice, modern apartment about a 10 minute walk from the centre. There's a useful shop just outside which is well-stocked. Downside is that we booked this for the pool as it was advertised as having one, but we had to pay to use it, at a very high price. We decided not to use this due to the cost which was disappointing.

Large beautiful apartment. No reception or bar in the building. Little information in advance. You must pick up a key from the office. not so easy to find and no one answered the phone.

The pool is a scam

The apartment is announced as an apartment with pool, but there is no pool in the facilities. The pool is in a private spa, in the area. To use the pool, you need to book it in advance (luckily you get an available spot), you need to pay extra and be in the pool for only 1 hour.

Dirty, old laundry from other guests. Dust and dirty on the floors. Tv didn’t work, food in the fridge from other guests and we had vi access that includes wine, we didn’t get that.

No more than 4 guests !

I would NOT stay here again for numerous reasons. Host was good and it was easy to communicate. We received self check in instructions as they were clear and easy to follow. Place was clean. However when this apartment was booked it said it can sleep up to 6 people. ABSOLUTELY NOT ! Apartment has 4 single beds which are combined together and 1 couch. At most place can sleep 5 people and thats not too comfortable. So thats a big NO NO. Why is this place listed for 6 people? Additionally there were not enough towels in the place.

We liked that the property was within a walking distance to downtown. On the other hand we were very disappointed with the customer service as they did not want to help with any issues with the apartment. 1. Booked 2BDR apartment with 2 queen beds (rcvd 1 queen and 2 twin beds - not ideal for two couples) 2. As per reservation our unit supposed to have “city views” - we had not city view at all 3. Pool should be free of charge; however the fee per hour was 69PLN (around $18) 4. Unit was not clean (dust; spiderwebs; felt like crumbs on the couch) 5. No standard condiments in the kitchen such as ice, salt and pepper 6. No standard toilet trees in the bathroom such as soap, body was, shampoo and conditioner 7. Charged more at the property than what it was listed on my invoice We definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone u less you want to be disappointed and overcharged.

Jag sökt boende med pool pga dålig rygg, ingen pool fanns utan allt kostade extra för otroliga 90 zl. Hotellet som hade pool var billigare per natt och då ingick poolen samt frukost

Det er ikke basseng inkl selv om det reklameres med at der er basseng. Kan kjøpes på et annet bygg, må da ta med handklær. Koster ekstra for rene handklær. Må dele uteplass med nabo leiligheten, så ikke akkurat koslig å sitte ute. Såg også rotter på uteplassen. Det var ellers en ren og innbydende leilighet, med god beliggende like ved Hotel number One. Første gang jeg prøver leilighet, kjenne det holdt med denne gang.

No repetiría

El apartamento se encuentra en un gran bloque de apartamentos turísticos gestionados por diferentes empresas de alquileres vacacionales. Hay que tener en cuenta un par de cosas: 1.- El parking está incluido en el precio pero hay que reservar plaza con antelación. Nosotros entendimos que el apartamento tenía una plaza asignada por defecto y casi nos quedamos sin. Afortunadamente al hacer el check-in nos pudieron dejar una. 2.- Por otro lado, también hay que tener en cuenta que el uso de la piscina tiene un cargo de 90 PLN por persona y hora (bastante caro). Cuando lo comentamos en la oficina del alquiler nos respondieron que en todo momento lo indican en el anuncio cuando hablan de la piscina, sin embargo he revisado la oferta en Hoteles.com y solo se menciona el cargo extra en un apartado hacia el final de la oferta. Si bien es cierto que se indica, encuentro que el anuncio lleva a confusión. Importante también que el apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado (hay un ventilador en la habitación que hace bastante ruido). En nuestro caso pillamos ola de calor y siendo cuatro en la habitación (dos adultos y dos niños) alguna de las noches pasamos calor. Es cierto que está a un paso del centro y es fácil encontrar pequeñas tiendas de comestibles y cafeterías en los alrededores.
