We have stayed here twice now, and both times were just fabulous. The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean as could be. We love the screened in patios and how large the rooms are. Planning another trip to Orlando next month and will absolutely stay here again.
Our stay was amazing! Rafael was very helpful and friendly at the front desk as was joshua at the concierge desk. Our room was amazing amd very clean. This hotel is perfectly located for everything we wanted to do on our anniversary trip.
Concierge forces you to leave a review right away without having to even stay a night. Wont be staying here in the future. Bed was dirty, Caused a rash in the 2nd day. Dirty towels left unattended under sink that smell bad.
Property had a resort type feel to it. Loved the rooms but unfortunately we were placed next to the laundry room which was loud in the morning. Loved the gym and my wife loved the spa. Many options for entertainment, and some options for dining. A little bit on the expensive side but overall worth it.
The place was very well kept. The amenities are endless and you really don't have to leave the property for anything. A mini grocery store, game room, pizza, bowling alley and water park. 7 pools.
The stay was great but my slight dissatisfaction is with Hotels.com. The website said nothing about a resort fee so my stay was an additional $50. But it was a nice place and still worth the money, it would just be nice to know especially if you are traveling on a budget.
Likes: close to everything and free laundry services
Dislike: resort fee was extra, not advertised on expedia.
The waterpark was not included, if we knew this i wouldnt have booked. It is $25/person a day
Shops and activites close at 10, Starbucks is closed ok Sundays, pools are warm but still cool.
Wouldnt stay again
