Attention and communication was good from staff. Convenient location, walking distance near main sites. Street noise could be heard in the master room. Construction next door. Place is modern but a bit run down because of use. Sofa could use an upgrade as you can’t sit straight.

The staff was very helpful, they responded to our request quickly. The location of the apartment was great. Some home appliances were difficult to use and the laundry machine and Induction cooktop sometime didn't work. Except for that, it was a great experience to stay.

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona

This apartment was incredible, in an excellent location close to restaurants, shops, and metro. Taxis outside were very frequent too. Service was very smooth and welcoming. Overall we had a great stay.

The property has a great location. Walking distance to Las Ramblas and shopping. Lots of eating options too. The property was great for our family of four but we would have been equally as comfortable if there were six of us. The communication was excellent via email and text to get access to the apartment. Right in the centre of the city, this place is spacious and within walking distance of most attractions. Loads of shops and bars nearby and readily available taxis and public transport if you’re less keen on walking. Albert and his team are super accommodating and really welcoming -nothing is too much trouble. Perfect for a larger group of friends or family (like we were!).

My family of 6 arrived and immediately had contact with Albert from Serennia. He gave us perfect instructions and met us at the door. Checked us in, gave us a tour, recommendations, and advice. The staff contacted is in advence before Our stay and planned How to get the keys and check in just 8 houses/ apartments away from Our location where we would stay . It was like a great penthouse with three double beds and two singel beds. It was Fresh and spacious with a kitchen , nice balcony. Two bathrooms and the area around near pl Cataluña was great. We Will return . It felt like a luxious stay .
