The rooms were great with 2 room and 2 beds. spacious. The only things were there was no laundry in our room but our friends room had laundry. Its probably that it was getting replaced but I cant say for sure. The breakfast is ok. Not lot of choices.

Placed a couple of roads back from Princes Street, this hotel was in a great position to walk to most tourist sights. The check in was quick and they held suitcases until the room was ready. The apartment was bigger than expected and really clean and modern, with everything provided for a short stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer! Lovely to have a separate bedroom too. Staff were always friendly and the whole hotel was run very efficiently. There is a bar/cafe area in reception, which we did not use but looked very comfortable and welcoming. Had a great stay and would definitely go back if in Edinburgh again. Thank you
