The company messaged me the wrong address via whatsapp so we had traveled to the wrong address with heavy luggage and wasted time and money. I phoned them to confirm if this a right address but the lady was unhelpful and I was on the phone with her for an hour providing me with incorrect information. I eventually googled the place and found the right address and had to spent more money on a taxi to the location. The apartment was extremely dusty, and during night time there was a lot of screams and other noises from the bars outside the apartment. I would not recommend.

We loved staying here. It was right in the heart of the historic town. It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!

Will stay here if I visit Malaga again.

Great location - in the centre of Malaga historic region/old town. Just 5 minutes walk to Al Casaba and Malaga cathedral. Only 1 minute to the main street of the old town. Uncountable restaurants around. Very clean. All cookery and laundry machine are equipped.

Good location and clean apartment

We stayed in the duplex apartment which was great. The location was central to the sites, very convenient and spacious. The duplex layout made it feel bigger and it was convenient having a kitchenette. The apartment was very clean. Only two things were not ideal- 1) the wifi only seemed to work on the bottom level of the apartment, not on the second level where the bed and bathroom were 2) the couch wasn’t comfortable as the cushions kept slipping perhaps as it was a sofa bed. I would still stay here again though as it was otherwise a great location and place

Lovely Apartment

We have a great stay at this apartment. The communication prior to arriving was great and could not have been clearer. We did not arrive until midnight but it was easy to find based on the instructions. The apartment is great in size and an amazing location. Very clean and a few nice touches like coffee pods on arrival. I would always check availability here when returning to Malaga.

Don't stay here

Starting with the broken front door which allowed anyone to enter the building from the street, our experience was bad. The apartment itself was dusty enough to get both myself and my girlfriend coughing every morning, the glass shower door was falling off the hinges and was simply dangerous, and there's no privacy in the lounge as the curtain is absolutely transparent. Half the lights upstairs were broken and there are no amenities provided whatsoever, not even a tea towel to dry the dishes. This is not a hotel, it's a Spartan, neglected apartment which would never survive on the "BnB" site, providing what it does. When I raised my concerns to the hotel company, I received no response. The only relief I was provided was via Hotels.com itself. The bed is comfy and the location is good, but other than that, this place was a huge disappointment.

Great location, walkable to all the sights and in the heart of the city. Service was great and attentive. Apartment was clean and stocked with all possible utensils etc but the bathroom roof needs some fixing. Downside was our apartment was on the first floor and close to the main entrance, so we heard all the guests going in and out. And our bedroom window faces the entrance, so every time someone leaves/arrives, the sensor lights turn on and are very bright (even through our blinds). We don’t mind the lights and sounds throughout the day but it affected us at night when we trying to sleep and kept getting woken up by other guests and the lights shining in our faces. Especially as it’s Spain and so people are still arriving back home past midnight. Might be different in another apartment/higher floor!
