Starting with the broken front door which allowed anyone to enter the building from the street, our experience was bad. The apartment itself was dusty enough to get both myself and my girlfriend coughing every morning, the glass shower door was falling off the hinges and was simply dangerous, and there's no privacy in the lounge as the curtain is absolutely transparent. Half the lights upstairs were broken and there are no amenities provided whatsoever, not even a tea towel to dry the dishes.
This is not a hotel, it's a Spartan, neglected apartment which would never survive on the "BnB" site, providing what it does. When I raised my concerns to the hotel company, I received no response. The only relief I was provided was via Hotels.com itself.
The bed is comfy and the location is good, but other than that, this place was a huge disappointment.
