RIGHT BY OCEAN!

FANTASTIC LOCATION. CLOSE TO BEACH, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS ETC. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. IDEAL BASE FOR FAMILY HOLIDAY ON MAUI.

The property was in good location in between Lahaina and the airport. The room was great despite it was not what was showed in the pictures and as listed. It appeared that we were in first floor verses the second floor also there is absolutely no air conditioning just fans. The listing should have at least stated that there wasn’t any or that it had standing floor fans. Overall, the property was great for the price and location.

Checkin was easy. Condo was clean(except for cockroach). Need more communication from front office...we were without water on two different occasions. It rained and we had leaks in the bedroom. It was just ok.

Everything was great on the property and the location sold us on staying there. There is one resident that lives there (squats) and yells at people. Not the property’s fault, but her intent is to make everyone miserable

It really was a nice property; however, the room I received was next to a room that is owned by its occupant who complained constantly about guests of the hotel. Her biggest complaint was about excessive noise while here dog barked all night, and she would start playing her piano at 6 AM. She called the police a total of three times during my 6 day stay with noise complaints each time the police found no excessive noise, but they are aware of this ladies harassment tactics. Management were also aware of her harassment tactics.

Kind of loud at night. Had a rooster crowing every half an hour and couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. No air conditioning so had to leave the windows open to cool down the place. Would not stay there again.

We stayed in the Maui Suite which is in the front. It has great veiws(saw whales off the deck). The only downside is it is very noisy and you have to keep the windows open because there is no A/C.

We liked the location. Love that is was right across the beach. Enjoyed our morning walks/ run on the beach. The property itself was in good condition. The unit was equipped with all necessities. Only issues were the dryer that didn't work properly but had maintenance fix the issue. The screen door got stuck often when trying to open and close. The fridge would accumulate water, dripping from the condensation from the freezer. The unit definitely needs some updating and repairs, but for our week stay it served it's purpose. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
