Fantastic place! Very clean with all your travel needs, kitchenette, Nespresso coffee, laundry and above all a very friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in a walking distance to Krakow main attractions. A hidden gem!

Brilliant location right on the water. Only a 10-16 minute walk to the old town and lots of restaurants within minutes. Owner was fabulous and brought us local food and wine free of charge. Amazing place

The aparthotel was surprisingly nice, including perfect location as it wasn't that far to walk to the old town. It took us about 10 mins. It got a lovely little café if you haven't got the time to make breakfast. If you need foods, you can walk 5 mins to get some basic foods from a little corner shop.

The property is in a wonderful area and close to transportation and the old city. Excellent overall. What we didn’t like is that we had travelled for almost 30 hours but our accommodation was not ready until after 6:00 pm. The hotel did compensate us for this inconvenience. The restaurant that is mentioned in their email no longer exists and hasn’t since last year. This advertising should be removed from emails going out.

The apartment was great and very spacious! No complaints about the unit however, the check in process did not go well at all. As per the residence rules, check-in is scheduled for 2pm. When my group arrived at 2:30pm we were told that the apartment was not ready and when we asked for an estimate of when it would be ready they had no answer for us. We left our luggage at the reception and went to the nearby mall - returning to the residence at 5:30pm. Upon our return, we were told that the unit was only then being cleaned and were asked to wait longer. At 6pm we were finally able to access the unit. The 3.5hr delay was unacceptable and unfair to visitors after a long day of travel.

Fabulous modern family apartment with everything you would need, fantastic shower, comfortable beds and great location. Easy and friendly check in( 4 hours early, contacted by email as soon as our apartment was ready) Couldn’t fault our stay in at all.

Very nice room! If you are thinking of staying here, you should know that the property is first and foremost an apartment complex so you won’t have daily maid service (though upon request you can get fresh towels and linens). It is very clean & quite and both the market square and mall are within easy walking distance. I would stay there again.

Front desk was helpful and addressed our ant concern in the original room. They moved us to another room without question. Parking was grest and had laundry facilities for us to use.

The apartment was adequate with just basics in kitchen. Would be nice to have a toaster and microwave though. The bathroom was roomy and the clothes washing machine worked very well ( gave it an additional 12 min spin and they provide a very large drying rack so most clothes dried overnight. Took a tram 10 in front of complex to the Jewish Quarter but otherwise walked to Old Town 10 min and even down to the Castle and back. Close walk to Train Station.

Perfect location

My daughter and I loved our weekend break at this lovely hotel. Our room was clean, had everything we could wish for, including quality tea/coffee, comfortable bedding and good shower. Wifi was strong. The book of instructions explained everything. Really enjoyed our little terrace. I was worried about being close to the train line however we didn't hear a thing. Hotel is in a quiet area yet only a couple of minutes walk from the old town. Staff were very friendly. We were surprised reception doesn't open until 09:00 but didn't create any issues for us and opening hours are displayed on window. Considering the hotel is well furnished, restaurant isn't very inspiring however we wondered if this was intended because Krakow is full of unbelievably wonderful restaurants! Already recommended this little gem to our friends and family.
