For family the studio/apartments are in a seperate building from the main hotel, a few steps away. Studio was 3 stars, food 5 stars, entertainment 4.5 stars, enterteinment personnel 5 stars, location 4.5 start . Outdoor pool clean and big. Hotel location 100 way from amazing sandy beach suitable for families. In average i would give 4.3 stars (out of 5)

Nice clean rooms and pool area and great beach!

Nice clean rooms and pool area and great beach! Not the best service. The food is good value for money but gets very repetitive fast and the dining area is so noisy and busy! In the pool bar we paid very different prizes everyday and very different service and quality. Every night it goes quiet from 23 where the music and entertaining stops.

La comida de muy poca calidad. Habitación muy estrecha, y balcón pequeño. Por parte de expedia, nos enviaron un aviso que por Covid no habria comida en el hotel y que teniamos de recoger las llaves en el hotel Alsua Boccaccio, cosa que no es cierta.

Kathastrophales hotel, die zimmer türe liess sich nicht richtig schliessen buw ging von selber wieder auf so dass jeder eintreten konnte, wie haben sie in der nacht mit einem struhl geschlossen. Neben uns feierten senioren party bis um 3:30 morgens. Das essen war horror sogar das Ketchup war ungeniessbar. An der bar konnte man nicht einmaö mit karte bezahlen nur bar. Nicht mal aufs zimmer schreiben lassen. Es war voll von alten leuten. Das zimmer war total schmutzig, wenn man im bett lag zwickte und zwackte es überall..ich denke es waren bettwanzen. Total enttäuscht. Wir waren mit kindern da und haben uns so unwohl gefühl wie noch nie.

Avråder familjer från att åka hit, bra för par

Lägenheterna där det står dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar existerar inte. Istället får man en dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Tyvärr är inte rummet med bäddsoffan avsedd att sova i, där finns inga gardiner för balkongen. Vi bokade havsutsikt, fick ett rum på andra våningen med starkt trafikerad väg utanför vilket gjorde det svårt att sova samt omöjligt att ha mysiga kvällar på balkongen. I övrigt så var det ett fint poolområde och nära stranden. Avråder från att boka all inclusive då maten knappt var ätbar, fanns inget alternativ till barnen. Var många par på hotellet och dom bodde i en annan byggnad som verkade mkt bättre. Familjelägenheterna finns bara i ett komplex och det är där trafiken går.
