Basically good.

A basic hotel, ok for a short stay but considering the price we paid I was satisfied. Located close to all amenities & nightlife. Staff were friendly, polite an helpful.

Room dirty. Bed sheets not clean. No lift. Nobody offered to help with suitcases . Not stay again , Had a beer at the bar. 90 baht for a beer, disgraceful, nearly double bar prices.

Good value

Good location. you get a clean room, Breakfast buffet style which is just about ok!. Swimming pool which is over crowded with very few sun loungers. Lots of indians and russians but that was fine. Value for money and will suit the budget traveller without doubt. I paid roughly 550 Baht a night.

Sawasdee Sabai 2015 Review

We had 3 weeks stay with friends and family and could not fault this hotel for the prices we paid. Excellent location for central Pattaya and surrounding attractions. Plus we were able to use the pool in their neighbour hotel.

Great for those on a tight budget

As a budget hotel, this was ok, I had reports that it was rubbish, a comment I thought un-just, it was tired but clean, the rooms done every day, I would not stay there again but if you are on a budget and only want to sleep there and spend most of the time away from the hotel then adiquate. They also do not charge a joiners fee!

Very Good Location

The Hotel is located at the very prime location, close to all places and bars, but the only discomfort is no elevator. We were given 4th floor, which was a bit difficult, other than that the hotel staffs are freindly. We have all the convienience, like safe etc
