Loved our stay!

We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of July and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as described and was clean and tidy upon arrival. The whole property is very well kept and in a very handy location for access to the city centre. The pool area is great to have to relax on those really warm days and the shaded area here is a great addition when you need a break from the sun! All staff we encountered were so lovely and helpful, giving us lots of advice and recommendations for the area - especially Maria who greeted us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone who is planning on visiting Lagos ! :)

My partner and I absolutely loved Sollagos. It was such a beautiful stay. Nice sized clean rooms. Iconic Portuguese architecture and super friendly and helpful staff. On our last day we realised we’d love a late checkout, management sorted it out no problem. Even organised a cab for us. Very close to local supermarket, and a quick walk to the beach and bustling streets of food, drinks and shops. But far enough away to feel secluded and relaxed. Would definitely recommend!

Well located and clean self catering apartment

Good location, only 15-20 mins walk to beaches. Clean spacious apartments. There is a Spar and another local supermarket 5 mins walk away. Lagos centre is a nice 15 min stroll

Great stay!

My stay was seamless and very enjoyable. I booked the place in a bit of hurry and was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen, spacious room, and balcony. After solo traveling and hopping cities for about a month, it was so so nice to go to the grocery store and make some homemade food for a few meals. With kitchen equipment and a working fridge, I could keep anything I wanted!! My one challenge was the hours of the front desk. By keeping a busy schedule with surf classes, safaris, and other excursions, I was never in the area when the concierge was there until my last day when I was finally able to arrange a cab and ask for a few recommendations.

reasonably priced hotel close to old town and beac

Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and courtyard area were very pretty with lots of beautiful plants. The bedsit accommodation was reasonably spacious, light and airy but bed uncomfortable. Bathroom was cramped and grim - bathroom furniture and tiling seemed to be from 1970s, it was impossible to regulate heat of shower . In addition the towels, changed once per week, were once white but greyed through age when clean and of indescribable colour and texture when wet . Shower curtain was decades old and avoiding any contact with it while trying to regulate temperature of water was a challenge.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful few nights in Lagos. Marcelo is a very helpful and friendly owner and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great value for money.

Great location for town and beach

Great location if you can't decide whether you want a place near town or near a great beach. This place is within 5-10 mins walk of each! Very clean apartments although dated fixtures and fittings. The plumbing and shower require upgrading as a priority especially the shower which is difficult to get at a comfortable temperature. Be careful as the water can be very hot so take care and supervise children.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very good location, excellent service.

This hotel is in a location approx 10 mins walk, opposite Aqualuz apartments, from the very centre and within a few minutes of 2-3 excellent beaches, some good restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishings are not top of the range but I think this hotel offers value for money. The kitchens are well stocked with decent appliances, kettle, fridge, microwave, hob. Well looked after. What makes this hotel really good is the owner would is around outside the normal reception hours and very helpful is every way to make your stay as good as possible. There is a small car park, but there is a public car park for 20 or so cars just round the corner where we safely left our car often. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location for some relaxing time

Was exactly what we needed in the middle of our vacation, a nice relaxing spot with a pool! It is also walking distance to beaches, and some great restaurants (Restaurant Prato Cheio!) If you can, get the triple room, as that has poolside access. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a full dinner. Would definitely stay again! Muito obrigado Sollagos!

Perfectly located small hotel

Great location for walking to everything in Lagos. Super clean and beautifully kept small hotel. Manager was very hospitable and helpful. Very well equipped kitchenette and mini super around the corner with everything. Nice pool.

Erittäin toimiva kokonaisuus

Kohde on reilun parin kilometrin päässä rautatieasemasta, josta taksilla pääsee noin kympillä. Kokonaisuus on toimiva uima-altaineen vanhan kaupungin ja uimarantojen välissä, hieman kaupunkia ylempänä. Molempiin pääsee helposti jalankin. Huoneistomme oli viereisen hotellin puolella ja alue oli kaikin puolin rauhallinen. Vaikka huoneistossa ei ole ilmastointia, niin sijainti oli sellainen, että pieni (välillä suurempikin) hoiti jäähdytyksen loistavasti, varsinkin kun iltaisin on hieman viileämpää. Huoneisto on uusittu lähiaikoina ja keittiön varustus riitti ruoan valmistukseen, lisää varusteita sai pyytämällä. Siivous oli joka päivä, eikä pyyhkeitä turhaan vaihdettu päivittäin. WIFI oli yllättävän nopea. Kaikkiaan mutkaton ja ystävällinen palvelu! Kiitos.
