Really beautiful apartment.

We had a great stay at our apartment in Knaresborough Pl. It was a very clean, beautifulll room. Very spacious with a great bathroom and kitchen. Would highly recommended and would even stay ourselves again.

Property is ok for location. Bed was extremely uncomfortable I think the mattress was broken. raise this with the staff and they sent someone around but they couldn’t understand the issue. Bed was completely slanted got no sleep. Would not recommend. Think a travel lodge/prem inn is better option.

Really easy to get in, they communicate via Whatsapp which is great the day before you check in and are quick to reply with any queries. Would suggest adding a couple of UHT milk sachets would be beneficial.

Great location and felt safe and is close to Earl's court underground. Nice man who welcomed us and who we could contact if we had any issues. We stayed in a small double. 4 steps down to the room with a double bed in and small kitchen area and a separate shower room. Very small room with just enough space to walk sidewards beside the bed. If you had a big case there would be nowhere to put it. Access to a microwave and good size fridge was helpful. The cleaning was ok but the top of the cupboards had not been cleaned for a while. Bed comfy. The room heater was a bit difficult to figure out but we got there. Would I stay here again? would probably shop around but if you are looking for a base to sleep and options to make snacks then yes probably would return.

Excellent location, quiet area, good transport links, relatively close shopping area, groceries and coffee shops nearby. Clean property, elegant set-up. Attentive support from the operator throughout the stay. A perfect base to explore London's West End.

Lovely apartment in a great location

I enjoyed my first stay so I extended to a longer stay. Staff were very helpful and were able to offer me the same apartment and a mid stay clean and linen change. The area around the apartment is a clear winner, close to a tube station with excellent transport links and lots of places to eat out and great takeaway options. There's also a large tesco and large sainsburies close by which is great for stocking up and filling the apartment's fridge. The apartment was very large with plenty of space. The laundry facilities in the building are a great asset.

Great Location, well designed property

The property is excellently located, close to Earl's Court tube station and plenty of restaurants and shops. The property managers were friendly and helpful and quick to respond to emails. I got an early check in when I arrived which was really great service. The room itself, a lower ground floor studio, was nicely designed and decorated and a large size. It would do with a touch up of paint in some places but the decor was great. The bathroom was of a good size. There was plenty of space for luggage and a huge table which was great for WFH. The kitchen was a great asset, although it was lacking in knives and chopping boards for cooking. I enjoyed my stay so much i extended it by a few days, and they were happy to keep me in the same room which was great. We were also able to stay for an hour or so after checkout which is a great service.

The location is convenient, less than a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Station, and less than 3 minutes from a big Sainsburys. The team were efficient with communication, and were always available when needed. They arranged someone to come look at the kitchen sink when I initally had issues with the drainage. Sun rises on the side of the balcony, which is lovely. Really enjoyable stay, and would stay again

Nice decor and view

The room was spacious and decorated nicely. There was a great view from the windows. There wasn’t any shampoo and I needed a squeegee to get the water off the floor after having a shower as it was very slippery. Overall, lovely property. I booked again.

Better the first time I stayed

There was food in the fridge from the last guest. The floor was dirty. I swept it myself as fortunately there was a broom outside. No knives, only one fork and a couple of spoons. I really like this property but was disappointed this time in this room.

Great place with balcony access!

Lovely area. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen facilities fab (personally I would prefer to have some larger mugs for a good sized brew!). There was a problem with drainage in the bathroom but apparently t has been raised with the owner and they are awaiting a solution. Loved having a balcony!! easy access to local shops, restaurants and takeaways and the tube. I would make a suggestion of a mattress topper for the bad as I could feel the hardness of it after 3 nights....loved the sizer of the bed though. Would definitely stay again.
