Great property with a superb location

Lovely apartment with a great location to get around the city. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags but we were allowed to check in. Property has a lift so no lugging cases up the stairs. It was superbly clean and has everything you need. Requested an iron and was no trouble and was delivered to us in 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost didn’t want to write a review, as I wanted it to stay our little secret :) Everything about this place is incredible. My partner and I are OCD about cleanliness, but found this place to be amongst very few we have found spotless. One very unusual point we wanted to highlight, is that the insulation of the building is incredible. We did not need heating on during the night (normally insulation is so bad, a draft can be felt throughout the room) and so our stay was even more comfortable. Beautiful architecture, interiors and decor. Tastefully minimal and very spacious. We will most definitely stay here every time we come to Braga!!! Simply perfect!

Great location . In the central of Braga yet in a quiet area. Spacious and stylish room and facility. Layout of room is great. Very clean and view from the top Terrence is great. Diana was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. Because it was my birthday trip and it was so sweet Diana gave me a flower on the birthday theta just made me day. Overall, very relaxing pleasant stay there .

This is my second time staying at Braga Lofts, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—minimalist yet fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great property, poor communication

In general, the accomodation is great. My only problem was with communication. We forgot two pijamas in the property and tried to contact them through the telephone and email provided in the website, and also through the telephone that is in the reservation. We didn’t get a single answer for the two emails I sent. I phoned them several times in different times of the day; never someone picked up the telephone. I had to go back to Braga, leave a written message at the reception (there was nobody there) and then they contacted me with a phone message. In summary, the property is great, very well located, but if you need to contact them… good luck!

Tiene cosas buenas y otras malas, pero lo que no puedo perdonar es qué se promueva como hotel pero no tiene personal, es más bien un hostal. En la reserva decía que tenía servicio de limpieza, pero es falso. Pusimos el letrero de limpiar, pero no lo hicieron. El encargado, que sólo está un rato en las tardes, sólo dijo que ellos no hacen eso, y aunque reconoció que en la reserva dice otra cosa, ni siquiera se disculpó.
