Slow internet

Very poor internet speed in WiFi (between 5-10 mbps), and my room was somehow shielded, so the mobile internet speed was poor as well. Other were ok.

Great hotel. Stayed for a conference - less than 10 minute walk to the S bahn at Sauvignyplatz - convenient location. Rooms minimalist but functional. Buffet breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. Had drinks in the bar most evenings - good selection and price. Happy to stay again.

The stay was great, however there were no hot drink making facilities in the room and I had to ask to get a cup of coffee from the restaurant in the morning, I've never been to a hotel before where this facility is not in the room for guests.

Good location, dirty room

Good location, but the room was dirty when we arrived and was not cleaned, although we requested it. Throughout our stay, hair and dust on the floors, sink was not cleaned daily, etc.

The hotel was excellent. Very clean, accommodating staff and very safe. Convenient location near shops and transportation. 5* and would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Berlin.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, the staff are really friendly and helpful, from Ordering taxis for us and free complimentary bath robes and slippers, located in good walking distance from all amenities, would definitely stay here again

Would not stay here again..

Maid service was poor, didn’t leave enough towels, didn’t remove all rubbish and didn’t clean properly. Pillows were hard. Air con was non existent. Shower was rubbish and sprayed everywhere. Apart from that, service was good and friendly staff. Hotel was further out than expected and had to get a taxi almost everywhere. Over an hours walk to Checkpoint Charlie.

Great stay

From check in to check out and everything in between I can't fault this hotel. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff behind the reception desk and very clean and large room. We hadn't booked breakfast but opted to have it a couple of times while there and were very impressed with what was on offer. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, staff and location.

The ABBA Berlin Hotel is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and spotlessly clean throughout. Our check was quick and simple and even allowed to check in early. The location is great and less than 10 min walk to either ulhand str or savinyplatz stations taking you in any direction for visiting Berlin. The only negative for us was that the air con in the room was not the best and made it a little uncomfortable given the high temperature during our visit. However this would not stop us booking this hotel again, possibly in Oct when we are looking to return when the weather is a bit cooler.
