Very nice and helpful staff. Nice clean space that easily holds a family of four. If you like a firm mattress you will like the bed. The breakfast is good considering the price as there is a variety of things available.

Well located hotel, with a nice breakfast prepared every morning. The reception and the employees are all very hospitable and communicate in a very friendly manner. Booking a taxi from there to other places in Sarajevo is also very easy. I would recommend it to every household with children visiting Sarajevo. Thank you Esmir and crew!

We really enjoyed staying here. Great hotel, spacious apartment and top class service. Breakfast was ok and location too but We will definitely recommend this hotel to all.
