Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more for the price I have paid.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes empfehlenswertes Haus. Leider gab es Morgens grundsätzlich kein warmes Wasser aus der Leitung. Abends war dann immer alles normal. Der Rezeptionist war leider derart unkommunikativ das hier auch keine Lösung gefunden wurde. Tiefgarage war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Frühstück im Radisson sehr gut.

Helt ok

Trevligt ställe. Härligt med access till badlandet - uppskattat om man har familj. Men, tog en vecka för dem att svara på frågor mailledes. Hade nämligen otur med inställda färjeavgångar, och ville bla veta om det fanns möjlighet att stanna en extra dag/natt. Väl framme fick vi (ett ganska oengagerat) svar från receptionen att det var fullt. Så vi fick istället boka om färjan igen till 05.15, vilket kanske inte var superkul.. Vi flyttade en säng för att få plats med spjälsäng och var väldigt dammigt under. Så såg rätt rent ut, men kanske inte om man lyfte på prylar :) Hade silverfiskar på rummet (med oss i resväskan hem också), men har vi hemma i lägenheten också. Så kanske inte nödvändigtvis ett tecken på att det var smutsigt eller så. Vet också själv att de är svåra att bli av med. Men dock lite äckligt. De var snabba att fixa saker när vi väl var där - hade bland annat en dörr till toaletten som varken stängde eller låste. Så väl på plats var kommunikationen bra. Trevlig personal som kom och städade och fixade också. De i receptionen skulle dock behöva en charmkurs kanske :) Bra standard på rummet - dock mer slitet än vad bilderna säger. Inget vidare underhåll tror jag. Avskavd färg, en dörr där det saknades en bit osv.

Die Parkplätze sind eine große Katastrophe im Hochsommer und die Preise schon echt frech. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Wasserpack ist super für Kinder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Anreise: fahrt erst zur Rezeption „VacationClub“, das ist nicht schwer zu finden, man muss es nur wissen. Dort kann man auch für das organisatorische kurz parken. Dann geht’s zum Parkplatz und ins Apartment oder Zimmer. Gute Wege vom Auto und Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Für Probleme gibt es Handwerker. Achtung, Reinigung ist kostenlos, muss aber angemeldet werden. Kurzer Weg zum Meer, zu Restaurants und Shoppingläden. Preislich iO. Die Restaurants sind sehr Hundefreundlich und bieten Wasser, für die Kinder gibt’s was zum malen. Sehr toll

Die Parkplatz Situation vor Ort ist grauenfall! Obwohl ich bei der Reservierung auch gleich einen Parkplatz mitbestellt habe, man bekommt dann bloß die Aussage, parken Sie ganz hinten, hinter den Hotels, dort ist dann ein Parkplatz von der Stadt angelegt der für 2 Tage 45€ kostet. Die Rezeption zum einchecken findet man auch kaum nur mit durchfragen und lange Wege zum laufen. Der Services beim Frühstück war echt klasse, alle freundlich, großes Angebot an Speisen, alles super frisch! Die Ferienwohnung war okay, man bedenke das auf der Schlafcouch 2 Personen schlafen sollen, was aber bei der Größe nicht möglich ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet, man sollte ein paar Sachen mal erneuern und vor allem im Bad mehr ablege Flächen schaffen.

Wie man die Rezeption findet ;)

Das Hotel ist modern. Das Hotelzimmer (Appartment mit Whirlpool) ist groß und sauber. Einrichtung und Stil wirken eher kalt und ohne Atmosphäre. Die Couch würde ich niemandem zum Schlafen empfehlen. Ein Baby-Reisebett wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht bereitgestellt. Der Whirlpool läuft rund um die Uhr, bei uns funktionierte die Poolbeleuchtung nicht, was das Planschen aber nicht groß gestört hat. Er blieb trotz kalten Temperaturen schön warm. Das Einchecken, wie hier auch oft bereits schon beschrieben, aber nie weiter erklärt, ist ausgesprochen schwierig. Wir sind eine Einfahrt vor der Tiefgarage des Baltic Forts (Tordurchfahrt, dahinter kleiner Kreisel) eingefahren und haben unser Auto kurz auf einem Stellplatz mit nicht hochgestelltem Parkbügel abgestellt. Von hier geht es nach unten zu der Rezeption. Geben Sie bei Google VacationClub Swinoujscie ein, dann finden sie den Standort. Einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz gab es angeblich nicht mehr und war vorher auch nicht Buchbar (obwohl Nebensaison und unter der Woche). Aber man bot uns den wohl letzten Stellplatz für 70 Sloty am Tag auf dem Gelände des Baltic Park Plaza an. Wir haben den täglichen 1-stündigen freien Zutritt zum Aquapark genutzt. Es ist recht voll gewesen, aber insgesamt ein kleines nettes Spassbad. Die rote Rutsche würde ich niemandem empfehlen. Schade, dass das Hotel keine sinnvollen Information im Voraus zum Finden der Rezeption versendet (zB Googlelink). Das kann doch wirklich nicht so schwer sein.
