Property was only a few steps from the ocean and directly on the Broadwalk. Multiple pools for guests. Bed was very comfortable. Due to the hotels age, the room and some other areas were a bit dated. Planning on returning soon!

Convenient location, but that’s all .

Good Location, clean, but very old and rundown. Nickel and dime you for a resort fee, which is got to be a joke because it’s in the way of resort hotel. Also help you pay for parking.

When we arrived the room that I originally booked (ocean front), the door did not lock and wouldn’t stay closed. They put us in a different room. (Nothing what I paid for/ not ocean front or view). It smelled like mold. They wouldn’t change to a different room because they said they were full. Refused to give me a refund or comp the price difference in rooms. Will never stay here again.

You get what you pay for applies here. We were only there a few days so we went with a lower priced place. It was clean and we didnt see bugs but it is extremely small. The tiny sink and 2 burners arent really conducive to cooking. We got a chuckle out of the upkeep. Everything was painted over white, but at least an effort was made. We loved the location of our room, right in front on the boardwalk and ocean. We had a king size bed which was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, really appreciated Wilson at the front desk

I would stay here again.

We arrived too early, but they were very accommodating by holding our luggage for us while we went by the beach, ate, and laid out by the pool. They said we were being very patient so they gave us a free upgrade to a king size bed directly next to the ocean. The staff was very friendly and funny at times. We liked that.

Getaway

My wife and I were on the hunt for the perfect escape, and we hit the jackpot! We found ourselves in an amazing spot that exceeded our expectations. It’s a peaceful oasis, beautifully clean, and semi-updated, making it the ideal retreat. Plus, we’re just a stone's throw away from a vibrant selection of restaurants and bars along the boardwalk. It’s exactly where we needed to be for an unforgettable getaway!

Great time great location like most places on the boardwalk. It’s all about location, location location and they clearly don’t try to put much effort into room service as in you have to get your own towels. Nobody comes around I mean, how do you have a microwave refrigerator in the kitchen, but no plates, no bowls, no silverware, and no coffee mugs for when you have a coffee pot in there lol I mean like make it make sense.

This was not an ocean view room unless you are outside, stairs narrow, card in room asking for tip for maid service. One bed was good the other was lumpy and uncomfortable, bathroom dated and showerhead old, water gets very hot, hard to adjust, kitchen has nothing, called for cups and was told to go to the check-in lobby 2 blocks away; got a used dirty box with old poor quality utensils, was not a pleasant experience and it costs way too much! I need a refund for this low star place billed as 4 star

My third time staying with this company, they have several sister properties. Front desk staff has always been helpful and kind, and allowed me to drop bags before check in. These are mostly older hotels, I don’t mind that they have a little more personality, but if you’re looking for something more modern this might not be for you. I love them though!!!
