Had a plumbing problem and the staff moved us to an acceptable room as there are no other rooms in the whole town. Older facility with a new owner. Keep your staff, very helpful.

Because of country fair in Mitchell options were limited. The room smelled very dank and musty. The sink and floor tiles cracked, dead bugs on walls and ceiling, cigarette burns on the tub, curtains very flimsy. Would not stay here.

Booked hotel. Got there at 9:30 checked email stated you had to be there by 9pm. Hotel.com site did not say that. Office closed no room. Had to drive another hour and a half to find room

Hotel is located in a very rundown area. Hotel needs cleaned up and updated. Air conditioner made lots of noise. Room was in need of a total facelift . would NOT ever stay at this location again

This property is located near the interstate and is in a business area. There are restaurants near enough to walk to and the area seemed safe. The property its self is older and used by people working in the area. The room was clean but has been well used. The beds were clean and comfortable. Everything worked in the room. The bathroom ceiling needs to be repaired because there is peeling paint due to the high humidity area. There are some stains in the carpet but the room was clean and quiet even though it was on the end nearest to the street. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The front desk clerks were very accommodating and helpful.

Breakfast was to start at 7:00 am ( most hotels start at 6:00 or 6:30 am), but when arriving at 7:00 am, the room was locked. After about 10 minutes, we called a contact number and woke the person up. She got someone to open it 5 minutes later to start the coffee.

We there there to check in around 6-7 pm and there was no one working the doors were locked and we had to call so someone could come over. The lobby smelt like cat urine. The room was decent and it was clean. However, in order to operate the tv you had to do it by the tv you could not turn it on or off with the remote.

We made the reservation in advance and when we arrived there was no one on duty...just a sign with a phone # to call...we called the number and no answer and VM was full. We had to find another place to stay. It was ridiculous...i better get money back. You need to remove them from your inventory of options....Ridiculous

When I arrived at the property around 6 pm, there was a note on the door to call Gail to check in. When I called Gail’s phone number, she didn’t pick up so I left her a voicemail. I never received a voicemail so we went to the Super 8 instead. The place was very dirty looking and there was a piece a wood covering a broken window. Someone was using a saw outside one of the rooms I would not recommend this place at all.

Place is a dump. Decided not to stay when we saw the condition. Did not matter. Lobby was closed with a phone number posted. We tried to call to tell them we would not be staying with them. No one answered. Ended up going on up to Chamberlain.
