The building that this apartment is in is very questionable, stairs very dirty, elevator very dirty, entrance very dirty. The apartment itself was clean and nice but the area around the apartment not so much. And the view was not good.

Tiny room in dirty building

This is a tiny room at the top of a scuzzy building. Not to be attempted with a medium to large suitcase as there are steps to a lift and then difficult flight of steps to the room. People can see into the room unless you put the dark blinds down so not easy to get dressed/undressed as a woman. The redeeming feature is a view of the acropolis and its central though the building entrance area does not feel safe.

Geräumiges Apartment mit kleiner Küche und sehr großem Balkon mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, empfanden wir es als sehr ruhig. Es hat zwar kleinere Mängel, aber uns störte es nicht, da für uns der Ausblick und die zentrale Lage Priorität hatten. Die Wohnfläche ist für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

close to metro, clean and well appointed.

There was a mistake with the booking. I reserved for one with balcony but management said that was impossible because it was already booked. The error was with Hotels.com otherwise the stay was very pleasant. The flat was clean and it’s got all that you might need for a pleasant stay. the location was very ideal. Close to shops of all sorts and so are the tourist attractions. The person in charge of the property was quick to respond at all times. Very helpful and kind.

The apartment is at a GREAT location! It is very clean, and a nice modern apartment. However a couple things were not right. On the pictures it is advertised to have a nice rooftop patio which is the reason we booked this stay over other cheaper places. This was false advertisement, because only 1 apartment out of the 3 has the patio. The one we stayed in had no terrace, and the windows looked at ugly rundown buildings. False advertisement is not right, and this needs to be corrected! Also, the bed is extremely uncomfortable. We only spent 1 night here, so it wasn’t the end of the world by any means, but if we did stay longer it would have been bad. Overall, still a good stay because of the prime location but the bed situation is an easy fix, and the false advertisement can be (should be) corrected too.

The view was spectacular, and there were some nice little surprises from the owner when we arrived. Owner was flexible with us at check in as our flight came in very early. Everything was very clean. Only comment would be that the bathroom was a little stinky, but I believe it is the nature of Athens’ sewer system rather than the property itself! We had a lovely time!

Serious bed bug bites (over 90 bites each for both persons on the same bed) during the first two nights of stay. The host responded to our complaints timely and arranged another apartment after return from Santorini for one more night of stay. The host was nice in responding our request and even arranged cake for my daughter’s birthday when first arrived. Yet the bed bug issue is a nightmare. The itchiness persisted for a long long time
