The staff are it’s greatest asset. So friendly and helpful. Love the location next to the art museum. The gym is well equipped. Enjoyed getting free coffee everyday. Better than an in room make your own service. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Amazing hotel from the moment you walk in and circulate. Every night they leave you with chocolates and water to support a night out. The valet parking was amazing after a long drive.

Please beware, of extra changes placed on your credit card. I paid in full for the hotel room and paid in cash for two nights car parking fee. About 3 weeks after my stay this hotel placed a charge on my card for 71 dollars for the car parking. I sent emails to the hotel to inform them that i had already paid this bill in cash and that i had a receipt but i received no reply. I then called the hotel twice and the reception staff passed me back and forwards and was very unprofessional in their attitudes and would not deal with my issue. I am very disappointed with the way this issue was dealt with by the Zaza hotel after all, this was not just a mistake that they gladly put right and apologise for once I informed them of the situation but they continue to take the money and only after my credit card company intervened did they credit my account.

Beautiful hotel but they have done issues with their key situation. Had to get the key card reissued twice and ran into a couple at the elevator with the same issue. The room was extremely hot and it was really hard to sleep. Luckily we only stayed one night.

When checking in the team was dismissive. I was chastised for not knowing I was Express Pick up - Come to find out I was not, so I got a phone call at 10:38 that I took someone else’s room and that I needed to come downstairs to check in. Annoying, but we all have bad days, so not too angry. Then I get settled into my room and the robes had holes, the water pressure was poor and the hot water took about 12 minutes to get warm. The hotel itself presents well, but when you look closer, it’s really cutting corners.
