Los encargados de la propiedad me cambiaron de apartamento con pocos días de anticipación a mi llegada. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. Una vergüenza!!

Appartement à fuir !!!

Cet appart hotel est à fuir. Le menage laisse à desirer, salle de bain et baignoire sale, aucune pression dans le pommeau de douche donc impossible de se laver les cheveux. Un appartement pour 4 personnes et une couverture standard a se partager a 3 autant dire que nous etions couverts qu'à moitié. Pour le reste au nivrau équipement c'est très limité 4 assiette et pas une de plus... L'appartement devait etre composé de 2 canapés lit de 2 places et finalement dans la même piece car pas de chambre séparée nous avions un canapé 3 places et 1 canapé 1 place. Je n'ai jamais eu un lit aussi dur que celui ci mon mari et moi avons le dos massacré suite aux deux nuits passées dans cet appart. C'est honteux et je pense que la propriétaire n'a jamais du dormir une nuit ici. C'est comme si vous dormiez au sol. De plus le chauffage n'était pas allumé a notre arrivée a 19h en sachant que dehors il fait 2 degrés !!! Nous avons mis 2h à nous rechauffer malgré le radiateur à fond. Aucune insonorisation, vous entendez les voisins. Derniere chose, à notre arrivée l'accueil été fermé et nous avons du attendre, pas longtemps, mais quand même et le jour de notre ddpart à 9h l'accueil était également fermé sans raison. Si j'ai un conseil à voys donner, fuyez cet appartement ! Nous ne sommes pas des personnes exigeantes et compliquées mais là c'est trop et je considère important de le faire savoir.

L’appartement n’etait Même pas prêt à notre arrivée, il n’etait Pas nettoyé. L’appartement pour 4 personnes possède des canapés lit pas du tout confortable. A peine 3 verre et 3 tasse alors que l’appartement est pour 4 personnes. Une toute petite casserole ce qui n’est même pas suffisant pour faire à manger pour 4 personnes. La propreté n’est pas top. Le ménage est à peine fait pour ne pas être sale. Pour un appartement 3 étoiles ce n’est pas la qualité attendu. Pourtant je ne suis pas exigeant mais très déçu par cet appartement.

La literie est a revoir le canapé n est pas confortable L insonorisation n est pas bonne non plus heureusement nous ca a été calme Pb d ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas pendant 1 journée un peu embêtant quand on loge au 4 eme etage Mais sinon les appartements sont propres on a une belle vue sur la montagne
