Perfect for overnight stay and so handy to Collins Barracks for James concert. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

Good value for money

Great stay for one night in Dublin. Good value for money. Described as a double bed but it felt very small though, especially as we were two friends sharing rather than a couple. Would have benefitted from a bath mat. Kitchen was supposed to have tea and coffee provided but it wasn't clear where this was.

If you are looking for somewhere a lot cheaper than a hotel to stay in when in Dublin, this is great. It is in a nice area with a lot of good amentities, and is a 10 minute walk away from the main city centre. The only thing I would highlight it that you are staying in student accomodation and the walls are very thin, so noise travels easily. We had to tell our neighbours a couple of times to turn down their music. As I say, I would still recommend this place and I think it's a great alternative, but just keep in mind that noise is something you might have to deal with.

Very underwhelmed

Massively overpriced for a very basic "hotel" room. Advertise it for what it is... A student halls of residence not a hotel. Bed, desk and small ensuite shower room. No TV or tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. Functional, clean but not worth the price, even for Dublin.

Excellent value for money

Excellent accommodation close to Smithfield area and access to Luas tramline. Lovely little pub outside the front door. Very friendly and helpful reception. Also a great cafe with shop in the building. Highly recommend.

Clean & convenient

Needed a low cost hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and convenient for what we needed. The only downside was the cleaners hoovering outside our rooms at 8am in the morning when trying to sleep. Had to ask them to stop. The mattress also very thin and uncomfortable.

Great location and good accommodation. Only complaint is parking outside is limited to 3 hours at a time which is a real issue if you are in a car.

Whilst this was clean then the bed was small - it certainly wasn’t a double and it was uncomfortable. With the window just a few inches from a brick wall it felt like a cell - very claustrophobic.

This is a student hall of residence that operates as a hotel outside of term time. The rooms are basic but functional, fine for a cheap stay if you don't intend to stay long in the room itself. There's no TV or tea/coffee making facilities in the room itself though both are available in the communal kitchen area. The communal kitchen is a little grubby, though I suspect that's how other guests are leaving it rather than a problem caused by lack of hotel cleaning. It's a little out of the way of the way for the main part of the city, about ten minutes walk to the nearest public transport links.
