Comfortable, well located apartment

Nice apartment in a great location for the places where I visit. In a good area and close to local supermarkets and some restaurants if you don't want to cook. Easy access to the Haagse Bos park and Centraal Station. Only real issue I had was with the noise of the rain on the skylight during some stormy weather - earplugs needed to get some sleep.

2022/6/1-729まで利用しました。 (Park Central 86E) 広いバルコニーがありバルコニーに面する公園(ハウステンボスの西側に広がる森)から野鳥が遊びに来ます。 文京地区にあり、安心して暮らせました。オランダのアパートとしては珍しくエアコン付きです。 洗濯機は、自室専用ですが、部屋の外にあります。掃除機は共用のものがあり、自分で掃除ができました。 冷蔵庫はありますが、冷凍庫はありません。

Super schönes Apt., das seinen nicht ganz niedrigen Preis absolut wert war. Sehr schön gestaltet, mit großem Balkon/Terrasse, hochwertige neue Küche, beide Schlafzimmer ganz ruhig nach hinten raus zum Haagse Bos (Wald). Sehr zentrale Lage in Fußnähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Jede Menge (kostenpflichtige) Parkplätze um das Haus verfügbar. Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang vom BizStay-Team mit wertvollen Tipps.

The Apartment was beautiful and cozy with a very huge and nice private garden. But it wasn’t very clean, the bathrooms were very very small and one bedroom was always noisy so that we couldn’t sleep well because of that. It sounded like water and air conditioning which wasn’t used by us.

Apartment was generally clean and well-equipped; unfortunately it had stale cigarette-smoke smell, especially in the upper floor bathroom. The smell seems to have been trapped in. Ceiling in this bathroom had some mouldy patches. Easily accessible to Den Haag city area, approximately 15 minutes walk.
