First time staying and would definitely book again. Wasn’t quite sure what to expect with the virtual reception desk but the check in instructions could not have been clearer, including step by step photos so you know exactly where you’re supposed to be going. The apartment itself was fantastic. Very modern, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Made good use of the balcony and the free Starbucks coffee machines by the lifts (just remember you need to take your own cup!). Free parking so close to downtown was also a massive bonus especially when you see places nearby charging $3 for 15 minutes. I’m a keen traveller and have stayed in all types of accommodation and I can honestly say this was up there with the best. I’ll definitely be looking up Kasa for my future trips to the US.

Very nice apartment with all the amenities - nice living room, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need in it. Check-in process was ok as there was someone there to help, but if you arrive after 6 PM it might not be super simple - my name didn't come up on the computer for example. But nice apartment block, very near to the station and restaurants. Quiet area.

Spotless apartments in a great location

Check-in process was ok because there was a guy there when I arrived, but there is no clear sign outside. Also, I couldn’t find my booking using the computer kiosk, so the guy had to check me in. If he hadn’t been there it wouldn’t have worked, but I suppose I’d call the number. So all good. Rooms are really nice and new with everything you need - more than enough if you’re just staying one night, but great if you want a place to stay for a longer period of time. Only negative feedback; no tea bags, only coffee.

Great place, not a hotel.

First, this is a great mini-apartment for a vacation or short stay. It is by no means a hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice to stay in. The parking is a severe pain. I could not get the garage to open despite having paid an extra fee per day for parking. The instructions have you walk out of the garage and around the block back to the front door, but there is no obvious way out of the garage to the street. There is an elevator in the garage that will take you back to the apartment floors. Each time I tried to enter the garage I had to wait until someone came along behind me to open the garage for me. This was tedious. There are no amenities outside of the room. The room has a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines. Great location and good price for the location.

Fabulous and Safe Location

Location is fabulous! Easy to walk to restaurants and attractions but being on the other side of the railroad tracks seems to make it more safe and it is a quiet neighborhood. We walked pretty much everywhere! The unit was sparkling clean and well stocked. We did run out of toilet paper on day 3 but there was an extra box of tissues so we were fine and could have gotten TP if it was a big issue. I love the easy access to the building and the codes and necessary info was sent to us timely. Our daughter moved to Denver and her apartment is a block away so we will definitely be staying here again!!

This place is a keeper.

The check-in process seems weird and confusing at first, but once we got through that, the rest of the trip was perfect. Great view from our balcony, comfortable bed, full kitchen, and as a bonus, there was a machine that ground beans and brewed fresh cups of Starbucks coffee for us right outside our door!
