Great 3 bedroom layout. Room for a family of 5 with 2 grown up children. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the layout was wonderful. The complimentary coffee and tea, decaf included, was a nice bonus. The only criticism is cleanliness was not up to par. Although on the surface things looked put together, there was hidden items and trash. I could definitely tell that couches had not been moved to vacuum, as there was baby socks and plastic trash underneath the sofa. I also pulled a used butter knife from sticking out under the refrigerator. I think if the details become priority, it would make for higher overall ratings. I would visit again to see if customer service is truly important.

Age requirement

I got a call 2 hours before check in saying they don’t allow 18 year olds to book the room. We had a guest staying with us that is 23 years old. After some discussion they changed the name on the reservation and all was good. Receptionist was very friendly and understanding.

Cons: The floors hadnt been mopped in our 2 bedroom suite. The kitchen table had not been wiped and sanitized (was dirty and sticky). Not enough bathroom towels for 3 people for 2 night stay and the bathrooms did not have a floor mat to step on when getting out of the shower. The kitchen had dirty utensils in the drawer and there were still dishes in the dishwasher. PROS: Nice location and we enjoyed having a 2 bedroom suite. The large TVs were great along with having a full size kitchen. We did not use the washer/dryer but that is handy to have in the suite. The exercise room was very cool.

Read this review - I have stayed here multiple times! If you are looking for an extended stay property, this is the place to stay. The property is in excellent shape, the units look EXACTLY like the photos! The property is very well run, the staff is amazing. The property is tucked away in a professional neighborhood, so it is very quiet. The building is secured, we felt very safe. Towels, linens, etc were in excellent condition. This place is an amazing value and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Good Base for Family Get Togethere

Get together with family over a long weekend. Good space, but could have been cleaner. We missed having a baking sheet of some kind to use for the oven. Very nice to have cooking facilities and washing machine/dryer. Beds are comfortable if a bit small for queens. We liked the location in Overland Park.

This property hits all of the marks: safe, clean, new! Not only would I recommend staying here but we (me and the wife) came back when we needed to stay a couple extra days.
