Family stay.

Great location, very easy to access. Apartment door was really stiff, and difficult to open, also didn’t close behind you. Overall pretty clean, however rug is dirty and heavily stained. One of the chairs is damaged which means it has a really sharp edge and it clearly wasn't hoovered before we arrived as there was a pair of socks under one of the chairs. Sofas and chairs are not very comfortable, beds were great. No exterior lights for balco ny. Reasonable price, easy access to all of Edinburgh's attractions.

The apartment was great, however the rug in the living area had seen better days, marks and stains all over it, and the bedrooms are facing onto the street and you can hear absolutely everything i don't think these are double glazed.

It was very clean however in some of the rooms there was makeup stains etc on the walls. It's perfect location and I have stayed before and will return. Understandably they were very busy and could not accommodate early check in but it would be nice to have the option to pay extra to guarantee early check in. We used the luggage store which was very useful and overall there is great amenities and clean and comfortable rooms

Perfect central location

Felt like a brand new apartment, even better than the pictures. So much space. Great access facilities which felt safe as we came out straight onto the royal mile. Some noise in early morning but worth it for location. Parking was an issue as all booked out, would recommend reserving early. Ended up dropping off bags then parking at Waverley long stay. Then a 10 min walk back. We were not able to extend our check out time so took advantage of the luggage store, which is a room on the 1st floor, not locked but a useful facility which allowed us to stay in the city longer. Destiny send link to a really useful app with all the information you would need about the apartment. Be sure to use the contact number in office hours to get the best service.
