I booked this hotel from 11/19/23 to 11/25/23 just for the jacuzzi for my granddaughter and I had to leave on 11/20/23. When we arrive thereat 7.30Pm form JFK there was no water in the hotel. After several attempts to contact someone, we were told that the main pipe was broken. There were none of the following as mentioned in the advertisement: facial tissues, manicure, pedicure, soundproof rooms, restaurant, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, mini bar, room service, There was one receptionist there only and she speaks no English. This hotel is a mishap and Expedia should not be associated with it. Expedia was kind enough to give me a refund if the money I paid. Beware of this hotel's false advertisement..

This place uses the word luxury lightly. The jacuzzi does not work properly. It is not a hot tub since water never reaches hot. The carpet on the hall floor is really dirty and old. Inside the unit there are several stops that need to be repaired. This is not a luxury suite by American standards.
