Unfortunately I wasn't aware of the 2 flights of steps which isn't helpful when you have a baby and a pram. The airconditioners went from noisy to quiet all the time. The couch sunk and the mattress springs could be seen from the side of the bed. The fans and exhausts were filthy.

Arriving on a late flight from Melbourne our initial response was how quiet the neighbourhood, and are so glad that we didn’t select accommodations on the Esplanade. The apartment is over the road from the major shopping centre and Kuranda train station, a short walk to Rusty’s market and a range of restaurants. The standard of food was exceptional. As we were on the second floor a lift would have been but sometimes you can’t have everything! We will be back.

Good central location opposite major shopping centre. Walkable distance to Esplanade and lots of dining and activities options. Good sized apartment with undercover locked garage. Apartment interior is a bit dated and needs some on going repairs and upgrades and a good deep clean. Good features including washer and dryer, comfortable bed and couch.

In an excellent location central to town centre, Management very helpful, clean rooms but getting a little "tired" we did not have any kind of view from our balcony but that and no lift to help with getting luggage to room (3 floors) was the only negatives

This is a place I will return to it is very clean & well kept I am very fussy about this but they do a wonderful job of keeping things in good order. The greetings are very friendly & polite with a good atmosphere. I have had equal but never better.

Very friendly guy manager. Very convenient location. Clean, nice. I wanted to stay another night, but it was sold out when I checked wotif twice as the office was closed because of the public holiday. Top spot.

Die Rezeption hat nur eingeschränkte Geschäftszeiten. Das kann beim einchecken mitunter etwas schwierig werden. Die Räume sind großzügig und die Lage iat gut. Das Einkaufszentrum ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Hafen und Restaurants nur maximal 15 Minuten Fussweg.

Lovely lady who owns facilities at the front desk. I totalled a rental car within 3 blocks of condos. They were very helpful on suggesting and booking Karunda without the need for a car.

評判の通り、スタッフの方の笑顔は気持ち良いものです。 ただ、小さなプールが有るのですが、6月のせいかあまりケアされていませんでした。（使用しませんでしたが） また、朝5時前到着のJetstarで行く場合は、ホテルに入れないと思った方が良いです。インターホンで連絡が取れても対応してもらえないようです。事前にメール等で確認が必要だと思います。
