We enjoyed our stay in Arcachon. Our room overlooked the shops and street, the market right in the square near the hotel was great, and it wasn't a far walk from the train station. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions.

Great Condo-Hotel right in the middle of Arcachon. You can walk from the train station , walk to the beach, groceries right downstairs as well as tons of restaurants. We stayed in a junior suite (teens slept on the sofabed which maybe could have been better) but overall really good. No need to have breakfast as the hotel with plenty of options around (and cheaper).

Great location & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was a bit disappointing - we needed a walk-in shower facility (rather than a shower over bath) and were helpfully accommodated but the room was dark & drab with little wardrobe provision. Whilst the bathroom was very accessible for those with restricted mobility, access to the balcony was via a very high step with no support rails making it unusable. From our experience, website images are a lot more flattering than reality.

Accessing the property was difficult. We arrived on a Sunday and to actually get to reception involved driving through a number of automated barriers. Having checked in at reception it was then difficult to access the underground parking as this involved even more automated barriers. This was probably relatively easy for French speakers but quite difficult for others.

Bonjour, A l'arrivĂ©e , attente inadmissible pour faire l'enregistrement Ă  l'accueil... Aucun passage de prĂ©vu dans les chambres pour ajout de papier wc , changement linge...etc Il a fallu demander aux personnels se trouvant dans les couloirs ??? De plus Nous aurions voulu ĂȘtre informĂ© lors de la rĂ©servation que nous ne pouvions pas jouir Ă  fond de notre locations Ă  cause des prĂ©paratifs et fĂȘte d'arcachon , Obliger de fermer fenĂȘtre et fermer rideaux Ă  partir de 21h30 .le 29 et 30 Avril... Vu le tarif , c'est anormal que l'hotel nous demande cela ( ci-joint affiche d'information de celui-ci )

Pour moi un bon 2 Ă©toiles, Pas un 4 Ă©toiles

Pour moi c'est un bon 2 etoiles mais pas un 4 étoiles. Par contre il faut vider sa poubelle à l'extérieur en traversant la rue devant tous les passants (ke me suis senti humilié) En 4 nuits, on a pas eu de ménage fait, ni de drap ou serviette changé. Donc ce n'est pas pour moi un 4 étoiles. L Hotel que j avais eu grace à hotels.com à Punta cana lui était un vrai 4 étoiles

Excellent séjour. Le studio que nous avons occume était tres confortable et au calme. L'hÎtel est situé à un bon emplacement à proximité des commerces, des transports et de la plage. Le personnel était trÚs accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous conseillons cet hÎtel les yeux fermés.
