Second time at Bemate apartments but this time stayed for 3 nights. I didn’t realise towels were not changed during stay so found this really disappointing. When requested from reception, they sent the housekeeper who refused to give us more towels. Reception staff are welcoming and respond to messages. Apartment was clean and modern with a lovely terrace.

Great location and very well equipped

Great apartment in the heart of the city. Very spacious with full well equipped kitchen and laundry. Really helpful reception staff. If there was on flaw it’s the lack of wardrobe and drawers as without these you kind of live out your suitcase.

Great location

Great location in the centre of Barcelona. Room was a reasonable size, comfortable and functional. Reception is only open between 10am and 6pm. I was there for work so was never at the hotel between those hours. Not really a problem as they communicated well through WhatsApp. I stay here again.

Excellent!

Our stay here, though only for one night, was excellent and we wish we could've stayed longer. We had a late check-in (after midnight), but communication was clear and efficient which made checking in a breeze. There was a delightful man on reception the next day, sadly didn't catch his name, who helped us with checking outs and stowing our bags for the day. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend BeMate Paseo de Gracia!

Highly recommend! October 2019 stay

Stayed 3 nights in total, one night in a double room and two nights in a two bed apartment with another couple we was travelling with. The double room was very clean and kept to a high standard, would definitely reccomend for a couple staying for a few nights in Barcelona. The apartment was amazing. Very spacious, very modern with two large bedrooms. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus and was nice to relax away from the hustle. Staff was very accomadating and even allowed us to check into our room early as it was available.

Our seat was it exceptional! We loved the property, the location and the staff were truly wonderful. Can't say enough good things about Nacha, Ramon & Melisa. They were so kind, friendly and helpful. We LOVED visiting Barcelona and they and Be Mate Passieg de La Gracia were a big reason why. Truly exceptional home away from home.

Highly recommend great accommodation

really helpful staff. modern room that was spacious with comfortable bed. Loved the complimentary espresso, fruit, and cookies to be enjoyed on the lovely rooftop patio. great location to sights and Diagonal metro stop. just know that this is not a traditional hotel and you would have to make arrangements if you have a late check-in.
