Two bed rooms apartment feels small & out of date. Good location to bars and restaurants on 2nd street. We enjoy city view from the rooftop Ophelia. Laundry room was necessary for us to stay there.

I loved everything about this stay the staff all was amazing we arrived supper early like 7 am and our check in was at 4:00 but they let us go to our room early it was ready and we were so grateful.

Responsive staff, great room/ kitchen ( had all the basic utensils) with free laundry in the basement, convenient location to all the public transport/ restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with our stay. We already know where we are staying for our next trip!!

We love staying at this hotel, the room was big and the balcony view was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, they help us check in ahead of time, offer coffee and hot chocolate for the kids, arrange our shuttle to the airport, etc they help in every way. The location is perfect with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to many iconic places. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

A great option if you're looking for more of an apartment type of feel instead of a large hotel. Staff was awesome. Room was clean and well appointed. Convenient location to Time Square, Central Park, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great!!!!!!!!!! My 1br apartment was very comfortable for me and my three boys. Ophelia is wonderful top level services. The gentleman at the desk were very helpful and polite. Definitely will stay again
