We had a little hiccup upon arriving with trying to figure out how to check in. Tranquility on the Bay is not an actual place. It is located inside the grand hotel which this was not clear. There was an email sent 24 hours prior to check-in that had information on how to check in. The email was overlooked because it appeared to be spam. Tranquility on the Bay uses Cozy as a third party to register guest. It would be nice if this process was more clear. There was no indication Cozy was affiliated with Tranquility on the Bay. Nate our host was great. He was actually in the building and came to assist us in getting check in. Once we were check in, everything was great.

Flot udsigt - møgbeskidt lejlighed.

Lejligheden lå på 41. etage så udsigten var fantastisk. Lejligheden er slidt og pænt sagt møgbeskidt. Man kan ikke røre et håndtag uden at det hele er “sticky”. Der manglede service så hjemmelavet mad var et problem.
