Great shower pressure and temperature!!! Was the highlight of my stay. Front desk staff friendly and courteous. Enjoyed having a kitchenette did not appreciate not having any cutlery or even mugs unless I rent them, not fair practice

I like the location, but the service was poor ... If you need something in your room you need to go to the reception. They didn't put shampoo or soap very day, the AC is too noisy. I won't come back there!

Apart from the inconvenience of only being allowed one key for the room, it really is quite comfortable to stay in. We appreciated having a kitchen with a microwave and stove top which worked quite well and a large sized fridge. The location is fantastic. Two minute walk to grocery and there was a fairground for my child to enjoy. Customer service was very good. Front desk staff was kind and helpful when we had questions. The thing that made our last night painful was that when we left in the evening to begin moving items to our next hotel destination (we had not checked out yet though it probably looked like we did) someone entered our room while we were gone and stole a book that my daughter had specifically left on the bedside table in plain view. I even told the front desk staff that we were not checking out yet, just moving some of our things to the next location. We made sure to take our valuables with us but my daughter did not realise her book would be something someone would want to steal. I don't think it was taken by the maid. It went missing during our time out in the evening, and we noticed it missing from the bedside table as soon as we came back to the hotel late that night. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Maybe its a Mexico thing, but it was new for us.

Para una estancia corta esta bien, pero no es un hotel familiar ni para pasar vacaciones. No dan ni una botella de agua, ofrecen cocineta pero no cuentan con ningun traste en la habitacion, se compran por aparte, la vista es hacia un terreno baldío, no tiene amenidades. Lo unico favorable es que se encuentra junto a un chedraui

Horrible experiencia

Siempre me quedaba en este hotel. Pero jamás volveré. La limpieza en las habitaciones horrible,lleno de pelos el baño,las toallas no las cambiaron,la basura no la recogieron,había restos de comida en la basura y era un olor insoportable. Y lo peor,hablo a recepción y la chica me dice que no puede ser posible,y que hasta el día siguiente cuando llegue el gerente podría poner mi queja,que no podía hacer nada en ese momento,eran las 8:00 pm. Se imaginan dormir en un basurero?? Ya bajó demasiado su calidad en el servicio. Lástima,era de mis hoteles favoritos.
