Excellent for families. We travelled with our infant and preschooler. The property was clean, separate bedroom and kitchen with grocery store nearby, hot shower/bath, great views and ideally located near to main attractions and transportation.

The location is perfect you are a few blocks away from the tower, the Seine River, There is a Kmart in the corner, and a Monoprix (supermarket)a couple of blocks away, the room is quiet nice and has everything you need to cook , the tub was awesome after walking all day long, Iff you choose to stay in this hotel because of the pool just make sure it is available, they are remodeling or something and it was closed, they offered me coupons for a pool a short walk away but it was not what I expected, however I do recommend it and definitely hope to get back :)

Nice, clean and cozy. Breakfast for a cost each more was affordable and convenient. Even though the choices were the same each day, I loved that I didn't have to go outside. Staff was nice and friendly. Were qick in answering any questions i had. Was in walkable distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic being within 20 minutes' walk from the Eiffel tower. There are food shops and restaurants nearby as well as tube and RER stations. The bed and sofa bed for the kids were very comfortable, apart from the plastic waterproof mattress protectors which, personally, make me sweat. The ventilation is rather noisy so we turned it off at night and as you can't open the windows it got a bit stuffy in the bedroom. The kitchen/dinner area is very handy for breakfast and/or a quick meal at home on occasion. We even had a slight view of the Eiffel tower! The staff were helpful and polite. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this aparthotel.

The good is that the room was spacious. The not so good was that the restroom shower had no door so the restroom floor was always wet and swampy. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest and I was almost hesitant to ask questions. The location was good but not great.

The room had broken dishwasher, clogged sink, broken iron table, missing bedding. No housekeeping staff and staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. The staff expectation was for guests to checkin, and if they find any problems then come all the way down to reception to report it. Not helpful at all if you are staying for a night.

Front desk personnel act like you are bothering them by asking questions. 100% unhelpful. Hotel management need to train their employees on the importance of going above a beyond to be helpful to their customers because we are what gets them paid! Too many nice hotels in the area for 350 Euro a night to be worse than average. 2-1/2 star hotel in the States

More than a perfect hotel

More than a perfect place to stay. Perfect location (15th arrondissement), very close to the river Seine, so you can guide yourself with no worries throughout Paris. Breathtaking views that you never tire of, and all facilities to prepare light hot meals, dishwasher and lovely decorations throughout. This is my 4th stay there and looking forward to going back.

Lovely apartment but staff at checkin were awful the guy was rude and I felt like I had interrupted him, he gave no information about breakfast ie. what time or check out time, car parking info. When we came back in the evening it was totally different the staff were very helpful

Easy to walk to the Eiffel. Monoprix 5 mins walk away also a shopping mall. Restaurants and cafes all around as well. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment 2 adults and 2 boys aged 10 and 11. Bus stop right outside the building which we caught a bus and train to Disney for a day which was really easy. I would stay here again. We had a great time.
