Nice place, illegal rental

This was a very nice place. But, it’s an apartment building with signs posted all through out stating that short term rentals are illegal. There was no desk to check in at, but rather a person came down and said we would use WhatsApp to communicate. You could also only use the pool at certain hours of the day, despite it being open later, because the host has to physically escort you in. Just a very strange experience.

Min was a great host at this location. It is just a 6 minute walk to district one activities, 4 minutes from delicious food, and many conveniences in just a few blocks. Elevator building. Balcony. Min made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for saving us after our first hotel cancelled our reservation.

We were there from July 26-Aug 1 in Block B. Property contact was very responsive through WhatsApp on my queries throughout the period. Overall the property is clean and well maintained. There was a bit of musty smell on the new sheets after the first cleaning and bedsheets were changed but we are very happy with the stay. It’s a plus to have laundry facilities at the premise.
