Tout Ă©tait parfait !!! Des petites attentions trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©es. Le lieu est trĂšs calme, propre, bien entretenu et donne envie d'y retourner. Seul bĂ©mol un ventilateur supplĂ©mentaire aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ© nous Ă©tions 4 donc deux chambres sous une chaleur caniculaire, cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer un bon sĂ©jour.

A one night stop to break up a very long road trip. Arrived after checking in times but was sorted easily with a quick call ahead. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to have a new sponge in the kitchen rather than an old one.

TrÚs mauvaise expérience

En voyage d'affaire du 23 au 25 Juillet 2018, j'avais choisi cette rĂ©sidence car c'est celle qui semblait la mieux fourni en matiĂšre de salle de sport ! Quelle fut donc ma dĂ©cĂ©ption de voir que le matĂ©riel est dĂ©suĂšte et qu'il ne fonctionne pas trĂšs bien. Une fois dans la chambre, on se rend compte que ce n'est pas un lit qui nous attend mais un canapĂ©-lit qui lorsque l'on s'allonge dessus grince comme pas possible. Mais le pire est le confort trĂšs sommaire. J'ai donc passĂ© 3 mauvaises nuits. Pas gĂ©nial surtout quand on doit aller en clientĂšle le lendemain. Gros point nĂ©gatif de la chambre : il n'y a pas de climatisation. Il a fait horriblement chaud. J'ai bien essayĂ© de dormir la fenetre ouverte mais les chambres donnant cotĂ© rue du Galuchet sont exposĂ©es Ă  la Nationale. Demander Ă  changer si c'est votre cas; trop bruyant. CotĂ© service, notĂ© qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil les samedis et dimanches. Toutefois, la rĂ©sidence avait pris ses dispositions. Un point positif, le seul hĂ©las. Etant donnĂ© qu'il n'y a pas personne le dimanche, il a fallu que j'attende lundi matin pour demander un fer et une table Ă  repasser. Sauf que, la directrice censĂ©e ĂȘtre lĂ  Ă  8:00 n'est arrivĂ©e qu'Ă  08:22. Moi qui devait arriver chez le client Ă  09:00. C'Ă©tait ratĂ© ! Pour ce qui est du petit dĂ©jeuner servi Ă  partir de 07:30, passer votre chemin. Les portes n'ouvrent que vers 08:00 et franchement pas terrible. Enfin pour couronner le tout, j'ai eu droit Ă  la visite d'un cafard. Je ne recommande pas !

RĂ©servĂ© un T2 depuis 2 mois, Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, on nous dis qu'il n'y en a pas et l'on nous donne 2 T1 "pour le mĂȘme tarif" encore heureux que le tarif ne change pas... la moindre des choses serait peut ĂȘtre de demander l'avis des personnes concernĂ©es... quand on rĂ©serve un T2 pour avoir 1 vrai lit et que l'on se retrouve avec 1 convertible, bonjour le dos...
