Location was central and convenient. This property has no soundproofing from the traffic which is constant all night, every night with lads in cards with loud exhausts thundering through the streets. No sleep the whole time there. High offices opposite look straight into the room - no privacy. It is a basic room only hotel with no access to communal eating or cooking area. Basic room charging 5 star prices - would never stay there again nor recommend it.

This hotel has no reception, no staff, just a number to text if you want something and if your non Canadian mobile phone doesn't do international texting you are stuck! The tv is only a streaming system and the internet cuts out a lot. Simple but very clean rooms.

The location of this property is just so convenient. You can walk down to almost any of the tourist attractions in Downtown Toronto. CN Tower, Rogers, Ripley’s, and the shopping street (queen street) is just at the walking distance. We got a free upgrade (because our initially booked room wasn’t available) and the suite was just so amazing. Thank you for making our experience nothing less than memorable!

The access information was not given to me by Expedia. I had to call Sonder from outside the door of the hotel and spend 15 trying to get access while in the freezing cold.

Very spacious room and very comfortable bed, sofa and surprisingly quiet for a city hotel! Once you understand the way the staff less thing works, it's easy, but in fact there was a guy on the door to help and inform at the door when we arrived and departed the next day. Only minor thing was that the coffee machine in the room was missing the right coffee in the morning. Not the end of the world, I had tea! Super cool decor too!🙂

Property was nice but extremely loud. Didn’t sleep great and heard traffic and people outside all night. Also the check in process was extremely difficult and took a while but the Sonder customer service reps. was helpful.

Bathroom door was way too heavy. I’m a big guy, so I could not imagine how someone elderly or disabled would get into the bathroom. Shower curtain didn’t cover the whole shower, bathroom floor got soaked. Received messages from the hotel in the middle of the night making it hard to sleep. Windows did nothing to curb the noise. Had to check multiple times that there wasn’t an open window to explain the amount of noise in the room.
