It was a good stay.

It was good stay. Especially, washing machine was very useful in this season. Amenities were not good. It smells like old men, if your hotel would like to use more families, couples or women, amenities should be changed. Swimming pool and gym were useful.

Extremely good value and excellent service

The first room offered had a nasty smell of smoke. An alternative was offered which was smoke-free. Breakfast was reasonable but the layout of the buffet could be improved. Staff were super-efficient and helpful. Five people swarmed into the room to change sheets. Free drinks , snacks and sweets were good. If you can get the big 40% discount, stay here.

Great Location

The hotel is pleasant, but the breakfast was rather simple, but due to the great location of the hotel, it was easy to go out and grab a bite just around the corner. In our request, we did put 2 adults and 2 children aged 3. However, when we got there, the room really couldn't really fit all of us inside which I found a bit disappointing. Apart from that it was a ncie hotel to stay at and it also had washing machines and a kitchen which was handy during our stay.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, professional and courteous staff. This facility have a lounge area which you can relax. Gloria Residence is in a great location, have plenty of good restaurants such as 好小子海鮮店 and 鮨洵 will satisfy any foodie. Hotel supplied snacks and soft drinks are very thoughtful, full-size refrigerator with microwave, electric cook top and a sanitizing/drying machine for dishes are huge pluses. The only drawback is that although my room was large enough, I did not have any good view. I learned that I need to reserve a different room to have a better view which I certainly will do when I plan to stay at the Gloria Residence in my next Taiwan trip.

食器洗い機はありませんでしたが、キッチンのシンクの上に洗いかごがありました。慌ただしく外出する前に使用済みのカップなどシンク内に置きっぱなしにしたのですが、帰ったら食器もシンクも綺麗になっていました。

房間整潔，櫃台人員服務也很好，附設廚房是亮點，但相關用品缺乏，事前詢問房間內咖啡機樣式，飯店回覆是膠囊咖啡機，實際卻是需要咖啡粉的義式咖啡機，房間內也只有即溶式咖啡包，對每日都需要喝咖啡所以事前詢問的我，感到有些無言。
