Shocking

My stay at this hotel was not what I expected the bathroom and shower was in the same room as bedroom there was no privacy atall. I was expecting a bath in my room but only had a shower. There was single beds in the room which I was expecting a double for me an d my partner the pillow where the worst things I’ve put my head on also could not sleep during the nights due to traffic on the roads and fireworks going off. All the hotel staff are charging us all different a prices for alcohol drinks and soft drinks. For a bottle of soft drink was €3.50 which was over priced. Rooms were constantly to hot as the central heating didn’t seem to turn down. Will never stay at this property again glad to be back in the UK

Nice hotel, ( but only if you came alone )

We stayed in Munich for a week. The area nearby the hotel is not so nice. It is in the very centre, but in an area full of night club and people ( sometimes drunk ). The Hotel is ok and with a modern style, the room are confortable, but I didn’t like the idea of having the bathroom in view from the outside. The bathroom is made by glass walls and , some of them, are made with an obscured glass. I don’t understand at all the choice of not putting these kind of glasses in the bathroom door as well, in order to have it out of view from all the room angle. Furthermore, in this way, all the sounds from the bathroom are heard from the outside and the air conditioning creates a very annoying sounds that come from the glass vibrating. I believe these rooms with bath in view are not made for more than one person...

The property has modern interior and is very clean and spacious. Some of the lights in the room isn’t quite working and the shower door can be a challenge to shut close hence flooded the toilet. But overall the stay is good.

The hotel is nice and very conventient. It's about 5 mins away from the Munich Main Train Station. I received a free bottle of beer for not requesting room cleaning service! Good incentive and it shows the hotel is environmentally awared.

Excellent location

Easy access to subway. In Roppongi on our last trip found it sleazy--not in Shibuya. Reasonable price for a Capital City Hotel.

Nice central location, clean room with all the facilities you need. Rooms slightly cramped but perfect for a short stay. Very close to the main railway station. A good brew-house just a few metres away. However, at £276 for one night it was horrendously expensive - and that didn't include breakfast.

Stuart uk, not bad apart from a few people loitering outside the hotel looking like they was on some sort of drugs. wouldn't recommend for women only as they could feel intimidated by the groups of males near by

Nice hotel very central

Hotel was pleasant,room was very good big enough,nice shower,staff were excellent,Danijela in particular Couldn't have tried harder.Very central situation but immediate neighbourhood felt a bit dodgy later in the evening.That aside all was good.

Good hotel close to heart of the city.

Booked hotel for its proximity to the Munich main train station. Found myself in the heart of the red light district. This proved no problem at all as the windows were double glazed and the air conditioner kept us cool on a very hot weekend. Short walk to cafe precinct and beautiful gardens. National theatre close by. Room modern and beds were very comfortable. Great value for money.

Hotel in great location

The hotel is very good and i enjoyed the hotel, the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the main train station(HBF) so the location is fantastic, it is also about 10 minutes walk to the main central Munich attractions. Be advised that it is in the non German section of the city.

Comfy, clean but dodgy area

Lovely clean modern hotel, but at night the area filled with drug dealers and prostitutes from the nearby strip clubs. Staff very friendly, but rooms could be improved with the addition of a few simple things.

Great modern hotel close to centre

Stay was perfect though it would have been useful to know what neighbourhood the hotel was in. In this case a Muslim area. There was no trouble or anything but one does feel a little uncomfortable in the situation. We did however buy some good Lebanese sweets from a pleasant shop owner in the area.

Good location, pleasant staff but flawed

The hotel is located close (3 min walk) to exit 'F' of Munich Central station. Much has been said by others about the red light district but the working girls are not on the streets hussling so it is no big deal. The reception area is closed in the late evening so working girls do not sit there. The room was pleasant and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives are: no tea/coffee making facilities and the wifi network is very insecure. It was so insecure that my company would not let me attached to the network, so I could not access my work emails. This was the first time I have experienced that whilst in a hotel room.

Nice hotel, surprisingly quiet on the third floor

Clean simple room, with a nice shower. We did not do b+b so cannot comment on catering. The area around it would be charitably called bohemian: strip clubs lap dancing etc, but an easy walk to the old town and round the corner from the main station
