Check in was easy. The apartment is on a busy street (some street noise) and the neighbors smoke (so it comes in through open windows). Other than that, it is very clean and perfect for our needs for one night.

More cons than pros

The apartment (two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen) was a good size. It was very noisy. We could hear people walking around and talking throughout the night. There needed to be a manual on how to work the heat. We emailed asking about it, and never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out. The TV never worked. There’s not a good process to receive help if you need it. It’s a shame because the apartment had pluses, such as a well-equipped kitchen. I’d be hesitant to stay with this brand again. Also, it’s about a 20 minute walk from the train station.

Unterkunft top , sauber und groß. Leider gab es Probleme bei einchecken… erst wurde mir eine Alternativ Unterkunft angeboten, dann Sol ich doch in die gebuchte … dann hat es bei einchecken , bzw der Code für die Tür war fehlerhaft. Nach 3 Telefonate hat es geklappt und zum Schluss kam noch die Aufforderung ich soll die Unterkunft noch mal bezahlen? Obwohl die schon bezahlt war ……
