Great value for money. So good to have a small kitchen, dining and lounge area - makes for a relaxed stay. As soon as the front doors close it is quiet, safe and relaxed. Also good to have washing facilities on each floor. A great base in a central location.

Great stay at Punt Hill Flinders Lane. Brilliant location near all my favourite eateries and laneways. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now for a Melbourne getaway.

Short stay in the CBD

Great location for a short stay in Melbourne. So close to the main shopping strips and there is an array of food choices immediately outside the doors as well as nearby. It’s a quick walk to the NGV, Federation Square and Flinders Street station. Trams are also close by. The room itself was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. The only downside is that it’s a bit dark as we faced another building and there is a little noise coming from the nearby bars downstairs however it was not noticeable in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful to our requests. I would recommend this hotel.

This accommodation is ideally located in the city CBD with easy access to transport and it is easy walking distance to Southgate and the casino district. The room itself was clean and tidy with everything working as it should. The staff were extremely helpful and were very accommodating to all of our requests. I would definitely book again.
