Property was nice and clean. About a 45 minute walk to most of the main sights. If you prefer a quieter neighborhood away from the touristy spots, then this is a good spot. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby so location is ok.

The staff was excellent—attentive and helpful—and the Salamanca location is ideal, with everything nearby. However, the apartment didn’t match the photos, maintenance was poor, and basic amenities (toilet paper, hand soap) were missing. We arrived to a broom left in the middle of the apartment, which stayed there all week. The furniture was outdated, curtains unattractive, and the space felt cramped. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay again; I’d look for better options in Salamanca.

They did have the rooms cleaned and no one to fix anything they didn’t answer the phone if have a problem to help you they didn’t provide extra trash bags

It is very close to metro and grocery stores. I advise you to bring some earplugs in case you get a room that faces the street. The trash pickup is done about 2 am. The trucks are loud. The food delivery guys hang out across the street and they are loud. Note the time that the reception desk is staffed. If you need anything they are very helpful when they are on duty. Negotiate when your room will be cleaned and where to leave your trash. Great bakery 2 door down to right.

This property was very basic- while they did help with small repairs they did not restock the basic toilet paper tissues garbage bags dishwasher detergent -only dropping off one at a time when we had 4 dishes (3 people)- the front desk staff was nonexistent. I basically bought coffee pods soap laundry to probably fill future rooms. The area around nice- fruit stand outside many groceries nearby and the metro Diego de Leon . For the price I think the charge was too great for little to no service or anything provided. Plus response time from company was not great

Estancia Fascinantemente cómoda. Gracias

Estuvimos muy cómodas y encantadas con la habitacion y todo lo que contiene: el baño amplio e impecable, la cocina amplia y con todo para satisfacer nuestras nefesidades de cocinar y además una lavadora que es facil de usar, refrigerador amplio y con congelador, la cama comodisima y las almohadas riquisimas. Hay supermercados diferentes Alcampo a la vuelta, Aldi y Carrefour estan a 1 cuadra más que hacen la estancia más agusto, la linea 6 del metro Diego de León y te conecta con muchos lugares rapidisimo está en la esquina a unos pasos del edificio y el parque Eva Perón a 4 cuadras caminando asi mismo lineas de buses frente al parque. Hay un Mc Donalds en la esquina y algunos bares y restaurantes alrededor. Si buscas tranquilidad y seguir tus habitos saludables y de ejercicio el gym esta completisimo y estarás en el lugar ideal. No hay museos ni atracciones cerca si andas buscando un lugar asi pero el metro te acerca a ellos. Recomiendo al 1000% este lugar ademas la SmartTV es grande y movible para tu comodidad y puedes conectarte con facilidad. IMPORTANTISIMO LEER LAS INDICACIONES A LA LLEGADA te hace más facil entrar 😁

Descanso + Atención (Florencia rocks!!)

Todo fue excelente. Los cuartos están super amplios. Perfecto para familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños. La ubi también es muy buena. Hay dos puntos por encima de lo demás. El black out que te permite descansar espectacularmente y la atención de Florencia. Ella nos hizo la estancia súper súper agradable. Muchas gracias Florencia. Gran servicio!

A acomodação no geral, é muito boa. Todos utensilios e eletrodomesticos necessarios para se tomar um café da manhã. Só dois detalhes: nao havia controle da tv, e o tapete estava um pouco sujo, e embaixo da cama, que tive que levantar para pegar algo que caiu, estava extremamente sujo, cheio de pó embaixo. Paraece que faz parecer que nao limpam a algum tempo

L’appartamento era pulito ma il divano dove dormivano i ragazzi era chiuso quindi l’abbiamo dovuto aprire noi e mettere noi le lenzuola. Inoltre il fornello ad induzione funziona solo con pentole e padelle con un certo peso altrimenti non parte! Poche stoviglie in generale, comunque comodo perché vicino alla metro.
