Luxurious, safe and comfortable stay

Really wonderful host and experience! Located in a great neighborhood, close to some malls and the metro. Got check in instructions, and the host was accommodating via WhatsApp as my number did not work internationally. Everything was smooth, and I would stay for longer in the future as it is a full apartment

I loved the location, however it was very noisy! I did not appreciate that we were charged 14 dollars for mild stains in pillow cases and towels. So you have to leave towels CLEAN? What’s the washing machine for?so cleaning ladies are snitches.

This is an ok property but bedding was subpar in comparison to Zip hotel option we stayed at. The building looked dated and so did the apartment furnishings and pool area. Elevators not all working so slow to go in/out. Apartment windows old so very noisy. This property needs to adjust price down a lot to be competitive. Today we moved to Icon hotel as for $10 more we get great facilities in same neighborhood.

We have stayed here a few times and it’s always good. Excellent customer service and when our internet didn’t work properly which was not their fault they got a technician out and tried their best to rectify it. In the end they moved us to the other tower so my husband could still work remotely with no issues. Definitely will be back and recommending them. It’s great value for money.

Manquehue avenue oriented apartments are extremely noisy. They need to improve the quality of the windows.

Die Wohnung war praktisch und für 3 Personen ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider fehlte in einem Schlafzimmer die Klimaanlage und es waren auch keine kleinen Küchenmesser vorhanden. Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auch weiter empfehlen.

Excelente propriedade

Muito boa acomodação. Atendimento simpático e bairro incrível. O apartamento realmente tem uma vista linda da cordilheira e é totalmente equipado, além de ser bem confortável. Fomos em 4 pessoas e optamos por um apartamento de 2 quartos. À noite não faz tanto frio, mas apenas um dos quartos possuía ar-condicionado (nos dias mais quentes resolvemos deixando o aparelho da sala ligado e a porta do quarto aberta). A avenida Manquehue é um pouco barulhenta aos finais de semana, mas mesmo assim achei silencioso o suficiente para dormirmos bem. No verão o apartamento nascente fica bem claro e as cortinas não são blackout, por isso recomendo levar uma máscara de dormir caso tenha problemas com claridade. Tem mercado e um pequeno shopping perto, além de cafés e lanchonetes. Recomendo.

A estadia foi surpreendente. Excedeu nossas expectativas. Localização excelentes perto do metrô, supermercados, farmácia, igreja e muitas outras comodidades. O apartamento é amplo com uma vista das cordilheiras que tinha um por do sol incrível. Usei a academia e a piscina. O pessoal super simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre dispisyos a nos dar informações. Não falo espanhol, mas a gentlleza das pessoas em nos atender é surpreendente!

A estadia foi ótima, o apartamento bem completo, apenas sentimos falta de ter mais uma cadeira para sentar na sacada, vez que estávamos em 3 pessoas e apenas tinham 2 cadeiras. A vista das Cordilheiras, sem dúvida é o ponto alto da hospedagem. Ainda, reservamos o mesmo para usufruir da piscina e ver a vista, porém a mesma nao estava funcionando. Ademais, foi tudo ótimo, a localização é perfeita, tem mercado e lojas proximas. Retornarei a reservar sem sombra de dúvidas.
