Great location for the main sights of Washington. All walkable - 1 - 2 miles. AirCon played up a couple of times, which we see from reviews is recurring. Expensive to park at hotel - much cheaper options within a few mins walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in Arc - its an excellent hotel, super conveniently located for walking both the Mall and Georgetown, and very close to Metro station with direct connection to all sites and a line to the airport. Terrible customer service

I was charged twice by this hotel and three months later and numerous emails have been sent and I have received no explanation as to why. All emails now go ignored. Unfortunate considering I had a good experience during the stay.

Everyone was very helpful. Only criticism is the cleaning product you use in the lobby which has a funny vomit-like smell! But it’s not a big deal and I had a great stay. Would deffo come again.

I was stayed on 1st floor. I requested for the high floor. The staff said no room available because people booked it for tomorrow. Also, so noisy when people passed by our room around the midnight. They talked so loud. Other than that, it was good.

Very nice property and the upgrade to a larger room when I booked through Expedia was great. The room itself was spacious but missing a few things - no tissues, not enough towels, no body wash, etc but overall the sheets smelled great, the room was clean and we slept well.
