4 stelle è troppo per questo hotel che invece ne varrebbe al massimo 3. Frigo in camera che non fredda, segnale tv completamente assente, colazione scarna (probabilmente causa COVID-19). Utenti American Express ATTENZIONE: la struttura non è in grado di accettare pagamenti con carta American Express, nonostante al momento della prenotazione, il portale Expedia non vi restituisce nessun errore. A causa di questo disguido, il personale della reception si è dimostrato per quello che è realmente... no comment!!! Ci siamo ritrovati minacciati di essere denunciati alle forze dell' ordine, soltanto per aver cercato di risolvere bonariamente un problema creato dalla stessa struttura. Per fortuna, l'ottimo supporto di Expedia, ci è venuto incontro per risolvere il problema.

If you don't have a car, rather diffcult to reach the centre. On the other hand it was a great place to stay because of the nice swimming pool and the lovely staff.

io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in un bellissimo appartamento con un grande terrazzo dal quale si vede il mare.Siamo stati molto tempo a goderci il relax che il terrazzo forniva, usufruendo anche della piscina del residence.Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che gli altri clienti passassero accanto al terrazzo che non aveva il separè.Per il resto sono soddisfatta di tutto

As Fotos no catálogo nos enganam facilmente. Hotel ruim, não deveria nem participar no bolinha do Hotels. No café da manhã, as mesas são cobertas por papel e os copos utilizados são de plástico. Quarto ruim, sem espaço e comodidade Chuveiro péssimo e box apertado Detestamos o hotel . As gotos não traduzem a realidade do local

Bel residence piscina buona ma non eccezionale ottime le camere peccato per il fatto che non ci siano i bidè e di notte da qualche sifone trapelano cattivi odori di fogna . Nel complesso buono ma si può migliorare risolvendo almeno questi due problemini.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Their restaurants' recommendation for authentic Calabrian meal was great that we went twice! The shower was smaller than the usual hotel we stayed at but the cleanliness make up for it! We will come back next year!

Mi son fermato una notte in questo residence a DIamante, perla della Calabria a me già nota, per dividere un lungo viaggio verso Tropea. Che dire: peccato aver prenotato una sola notte!! Struttura con 10 anni di vita, ma manutenuta al punto che sembra esser stata aperta ieri; tutto pulitissimo (dalle camere, al bar, alla piscina splendente); personale gentile ed accogliente, una delle inservienti ha insistito per aiutarci a portar su i bagagli! la camera aveva un ingresso un po' stretto ed un bagno minimale (doccia piccola, lavabo e wc), mentre per il resto era molto spaziosa (un matrimoniale più singolo e restava spazio volendo per una culla). completava la stanza (dotata di frigobar e condizionatore tipo casalingo, posizionato purtroppo sui letti) un grazioso terrazzino con vista mare, dotato di tavolo di vetro e sedie. Colazione al bar eccellente: a buffet torte fatte in casa, muffin, cornetti etc. in più, compreso nel prezzo, caffè o cappuccino da bar (non quelle schifezze da macchinetta che si trovano ovunque). su Diamante c'è poco da dire: tutti la conoscono come una cittadina carina, piena di vita serale, con uno splendido e pulito mare.

Very nice people at the Diamond Residence.

We arrived very late at night without prior notice and the front desk staff (I believe one was an owner), were there to greet us with a smile and friendly conversation. They were very accommodating, making a dinner reservation for us and offering to allow us to use their laundry facility since we had been in Italy for 2 weeks and still had a week to go. In addition, since we arrived so late the night before, they kept breakfast open longer than usual so that we could get a bite to eat before hitting the road.
