Great hotel across from the beach! Pool area is nice and Spa was delightful. Would have been nice to have been told they had a roof top area with whirlpool at check-in... we discovered it while admiring the hotel from the beach.

Hotel was extremely comfortable, and staff were friendly and very responsive to any needs. A great breakfast, too. The beach was close, and there were lots of local eating options nearby. A great travel experience for our family.

Nicest hotel in San Benedetto

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and right by the beach but also has a pool. The breakfast was good with continental and American style food. We had an apartment-style room which was perfect for us. I think it is the nicest hotel in San Benedetto.

Serenity at the beach spa

Beautifully, stylish modern hotel in a beautiful Beach town. Services, breakfast were all most comforting. Hotel personnel are most gracious. My stay was in off season; the surroundings and accomodations were quiet. Excellent stay for rest and recuperation.

The hotel is beautiful, the location superb, but the beds ate a medieval torture device. No concierge and recommendations for restaurants etc are Google based, and highly suspect.

We loved this hotel. Beautiful room with a large terrace overlooking the beach. Jacuzzi in the room. 2 small complaints! The shower is very small. The room is very cold and we had no blanket just a sheet.

We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design. The cleaning staff were amazing. The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests.

The property was top notch & the room was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, my wife's jewelry was stolen from the room. The hotel staff didn't seem too concerned when we reported it. They told us to go to the police. We filed a police report & are still waiting to hear back from the police. Beware!!

Helt tilfreds

Vi var på vej til Puglien i bil med hund. Parkering i kælderen. Alt ok. I begyndelsen af april 2025 er der lukket de fleste steder. Vi gik uden om hotellets vistnok meget gode restaurant og fandt i baggaden lige ved siden af en god pizza restaurant.
