Wait till this is over

Like so many others we were unable to make use of booked properties. However, the manager I spoke to was really helpful and polite. We will re-book when London is open for business!

I would like to share my recent experience in this property. The property is very we’ll located, whatever, the studio given is old, noise and you can hear everything from the Rooms around. At the property there is no front desk where can help solve the problem at moment. A quieter end of Paddington. Flat had all I needed including kitchen. I forgot my laptop charger and manager took time to retrieve for me which was a nice touch.

Comfy bed

The reception was not the same place where i wanted to check-in, takes 2minutes by walk. Not far but i had lots of stuffs,was so uncomfortable. Anyway reception is one of the housing agency. Staffs were ok. No hangers inside room, remote was not working, The room with kitchen was quite small but the Bathroom....was tooooo tiny i’ve ever seen. If there’s no bath, then better maybe. You cant sit down on the toilet,..just half of you..lol. Someone is smoking inside building, so i smell when i opened the window. They didnt clean room. A part from that,,the bed was clean,nice, comfy bed. Slept well for 2nights. Response on the phone was quick, they try to fix. Thanks.

Very helpful reception staff. Small apartment with all facilities for a short term stay at a reasonable price right in the centre of London and next to Paddington station, so easy to get around everywhere. Staircase in the building looking a bit shabby and could do with a fresh coat of paint; disappointing that there is no lift, so may need to walk up several flights of stairs.

30£ cleaning fee???

The hotel charges 30£ for the cleaning of the room, (shouldn't it be included in the price?)and still I stepped on a viscous substance, when I checked under the bed, a bottle of beer was the source of it. The hotel is set in a very good location, but you hear the flushing sand running of water from the other rooms throughout the night.

Good location

Unfortunately, we got "underground" flat. Perhaps other flats are bigger and lighter. For first instance I got a shock: room is tiny, a dusty fan is working, bathroom sink has a space for a free "bar" of soap, light is very poor, water marks on a side of a shower cubicle and a notice on a door we will be changed if water left on a bathroom floor. We mentioned this issues when checked in and all got sorted. Thanks Roxy! Unfortunately, I didn't notice then the state of floor under bed and sofa. This is not dust and rubbish from one night stay. Not sure why did we pay a cleaning fee. Once again I hope other flats in better condition.

Great Location

Excellent location close by to Paddington station and underground and Hyde park. Room was clean although small bathroom but livable. Room was very hot maybe due to the 30 degrees weather outside

it's right next to THE MERCURE Hotel @ £359 per night room rates - - cos you check into this place it's so diss-disparagingly different and downmarket it's not even funny. STAY AWAY - Paddington can be a bit rough too the area.

Won't use again

The property was not clean. There were spiders running on the bed. The bathroom washbasin had its stopper firmly fixed, which meant the basin could not be used. The shower curtain was dirty and the bathroom was so very small that even for a petite person it was easy to bump your knees / elbows into the things because there is hardly any space between the toilet, bath and the washbasin. The walls are very thin so one can clearly hear everything from the adjacent rooms, which means you are not going to have a good night sleep.

No Luxury, Not Studio, stay elsewhere

From the almost rude commands, to the “studio” that is quite possibly the smallest room ive ever been in. Serviced apartment does Imply that there would be an element of service, I had the same towels for 5 days, same sheets. There was no kettle! The overwhelming smell of Chlorine would more be at home at the local council gym Unfortunate experience, an error in judgement, I’ll bring a tent next time, that way when I boil water on the stove the experience will be well rounded.
