Great for a weekend break

Perfect location for exploring Budapest inner city. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were a brilliant size with shower/bath microwave kettle mini fridge. Couldn't have asked for anywhere better. Complimentry hot drinks were a brilliant touch. Thank you we would definitely all stay with you again ❤️

It was a very nice stay, with a lovely spacious suit for a very reasonable price. Most of all it was clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The wine in minibar (which was already taken out tempting us-naughty!) was really nice. Loved the tea selection with the lemonade sachets. It was also a nice gesture that we could leave some of our bags at the reception after checkout, so we could go sightseeing a bit. Although we could change the thermostat: since me and my husband are very different people regarding warmth-needs, it wasn't enough, we needed a blanket. I was surprised there wasn't any extra in the room, but a staff member (on night shift) was kind to search for one when I called down (it was a duvet which was brilliant). All in all we had a very lovely stay: we would be glad to return (especially it was in a good area). I (we) recommend.

The receiptionest gentleman was excellent to give us lots of leaflets for attractions.Triple room was the same size of small flat with living room and sink.Location was fab.I ll most certainly stay again.

Excellent location

The Starlight suits hotel was right in the hub but very quite and safe and located at the back of the four seasons hotel. Five to ten minutes walk from the Danube main bridge to Buda, restaurants, Bistros and Cafes. The room was large (a suite) and comfortable. the staff were polite and helpful at all times. Highly recommended!

Good value for money

Our experience of the Starlight Suiten was entirely positive. The room was clean and was just at our level - neither too posh nor too basic. We enjoyed the included breakfast buffet. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The only bad part of our trip was the poor staffing of Budapest Airport that cause of distress.

Nice hotel very close to chain bridge

Hotel is nicely located in Pest city next to chain bridge and St. Stephen's Basilica. The 100E bus to and from airport is walking distance and costed only 3 Euros. There are very good cafes, pubs and restaurants near the hotel. Suite was large, comfortable and spacious. Just behind the hotel there is a theatre and we saw Hungarian folk dance there. Staff was very polite and helpful in all aspects. We just found the room very stuffy due to lack of air circulation. The reception was very helpful, apologetic and cooperative when we asked for a fan. They said the central heating is to blame. The temperature had gone up but it was still not time to switch on central air conditioning due to fluctuating weather. However, they didnot understand English very well and sent a heater instead of fan to the room. We finally managed by opening the windows partially which solved the issue to some extent. But overall very good hotel if you donot need any five star facilities like gym and pool.
